I have no idea why I was woken up at 4 in the morning on a Monday but I was not happy at all. My eye was twitching and my hand was itching to punch someone, really really hard.

Gripping onto the handle of my door, I swiftly unlocked it then yanked the door open. I was confused and shocked at what I saw, Alex was moping and arranging stuff while Brian was knocking of people's doors then throwing cleaning supplies at them.

This was one of the strangest things to happen since well, ever. I walked out of my room and towards Alex, leaning against the wall waiting for him to notice me, I admired his work. The place looked spotless, which was definitely not right.

"Whats going on," I asked after a while of standing there and being unnoticed. "New roommate comes today, must clean house," He spoke in monotone, you could almost mistake him for a badly looking Robot. I arched an eyebrow at him then it clicked, the new guy was coming over. My prank victim.

Nodding, I made my way downstairs where I was met with more boys running around cleaning. "Wow, you guys really want a good first impression," They ignored me once again and continued what they were doing, I just shrugged and went to the kitchen. Grabbing an apple, I moved to the living room and put on the tv droping my feet beside me on the sofa.

Then out of nowhere, two hands shoved my feet off the couch and onto the ground. "Hey!" I whined but yet once again I was ignored by them and it was starting to make me angry. Getting off the couch with the apple in hand, I stormed into the kitchen where a brunette stood in front of the sink.

Glancing at the apple in my hand, I raised the hand and shot it at him. "Fudge!" He yelled and his hands flew to his head, spinning around he shot me a glare before turning back and going back to the dishes. This was odd, I had no idea why my brothers we're trying so hard to impress a complete stranger. It never happened like this for the other guys, so why start now.

I spun on my heel about to head out but unfortunately, since my life was a total mess magnet, I bumped into Zach who was holding a bunch of cleaning supplies. Going onto my knees, I helped him pick them up silently cussing. "Just stop," He seemed frustrated at my clumsiness as whenever I'd pile up a few things, they'd end up falling again.

"Why aren't you doing anything," He asked not looking at me, I scoffed and got up whilst crossing my arms. "I don't want to be apart of your last minute impression scheme,"

Actually, I was just really lazy and this house was really messed up, so that would be a lot of work. With a sigh, I turned in another direction and started making my way up the stairs until a loud enthusiatic mischieveous voice brought me to a hault.

"I know what she can do!"

*******

"Two, Four, Six, Eight,
I can't wait for our new roommate, Hope he's hot enough to date,
And really cute enough to rate,
Gooooo Roommates!"

I winced at each wrongly hit note that came out of Alex's mouth, he indeed sounded horrible. Thrusting a set of pompoms into my hand, he gestured for me to try.

Grumbling lowly, I adjusted the too short skirt and placed the pompoms rightly. Taking a stance, I put on a bright smile and began, "Two, Four, Six, Eight,
I can't wait for our new roommate, Hope he's hot- No, I can't do this."

Alex groaned and shoved me lightly, but enough for me to stumble into Louie whom was attempting to fry pancakes. "Watch it fatzo." I dramatically gasped and shoved Louie hard, he didn't move an inch but didn't miss the opportunity to whine like a child.

"Zaaaaach! Raven is bullying me again!" I arched a perfectly shaved eyebrow at him and scoffed. Yes, because a 5'6 girl can bully a 6'1 jock, that's sooo believeable.

The loud thumping of feet on the ground was heard as the oldest of all boys trudged down the stairs. "Raven, how many times have I told you-" I was quick to interrupt him, "Nuh-uhn, he started it!I was-" Louie decided to butt in too.

"Liar, Liar pants on fire!"

"I'm not a liar, you nincompoop!"

"Says the troll."

"Zach! He called me a troll."

"Cause you are one and I'm amazing."

"Amazing my-"

We all froze at the sound of the bell. In an instant, all seven boys rushed to the door. I sighed and followed their lead, praying silently to myself that he would be tolerable. "I'm Alex, the fun one." I heard a loud whine followed by a cough. "Please come in."

Seconds later I was able to see my newest addition to the house. He was shorter than all six boys but still way taller than me. Covering his bright green eyes were locks of black. He sported a casual pair of jeans and white T-shirt, hugging his obviously perfect body and a red hoodie ontop.

I noticed he was checking me out, at least I thought so until I noticed he his eyes were clouded with confusion. With a deep sigh, I headed over to him. "I'm Raven, you are?"

He tilted his head sideways, before outstretching his hand to me with a small smile, "Xander Willis. Nice to meet you." I took his hand and shook lightly, his palms were rough but soft. "Are you one of their girlfriends?"

That practically threw me off guard, dating one of those idiots would be hell. They were nice, yeah, but they never had girls long enough to be labelled their girlfriend. It just wasn't possible.

I laughed for a good minute before composing myself, shaking my head I replied to him, "Actually, I'm their housemate. We all live together." He furrowed his brows for a second looking confused, I'm pretty sure he didn't know I lived here too.

"The ad said, All boys fraternity, Kappa Raven." I frowned. For two reasons respectively. One, Kappa Raven didn't sound the least bit realistic and Two, How dare those idiots not mention me. I was practically the most special and important person in the house and they dared do this.

My mental ranting was cut off by the strong smell of smoke. I turned in the direction of the kitchen, the door had smoke fumes seeping out of the sides. I glanced around, the boys were no where in sight. Cupping my hands around my mouth, I called out to them, my voice extra loud, "The house in on fire!"

I was well aware of what was going on, someone left food on the stove, again. They knew the drill oerfectly well, enough for two of them to come down with buckets of water.

Louie rushed towards the kitchen spilling water everywhere, unfortunately for Alex and Brian, they didn't notice and ran on the water, slipping and crashing into furniture.

Zach didn't notice the two on the floor and ended up tripping over Alex, the bucket of water in his hand flying in the air long enough to fall directly on Logan. He stumbled and crashed into Matt leaving them both in a pile of groans. Andy stood at the top of the stairs bawling with laughter, he actually had tears in his eyes.

The boys all sprawled on the ground, surrounded with water, one on the staircase and smoke rising from the kitchen. This seemed like a successful welcome party. I didn't even notice Xander's confused state as he stood by the door.

I sighed and leaned towards him, "You still have a chance to back out." Suprising he bursted out into laughter, apparently amused by all this. "I think I'll take my chances." I smiled at him and seconds later I found myself staring. I didn't know him for more than five minutes, yet I could tell he was different. And I must admit, I liked this difference.
