Chapter 3-The Whole Truth

Taylor's POV

Is this a joke?Are they serious?They've gotta be joking.I mean the people who I has been raised by my whole entire life are not my actual parents.So if these two are not my real parents and Derrick isn't my brother,then who is?

I had so many questions in my head like 'Who're my real parents?' 'Do I have any siblings?' 'Why did my parents give me away?'

"There's also more news that you may not believe" Jason said looking down, not daring to look up at me because I could tell right now that there was a look of pain and guilt in his eyes.

I just couldn't take all of this in right now. I mean how would you feel if your parents told you they're not your biological parents?

"What else could there possibly be?" I asked nervous.

"Taylor?Have you ever believed in Supernatural creatures?" Stephanie asked

What does this have to do with me?Why is she asking me this?Does she really believe that I believe in such stuff as in vampires, werewolves,and etc.?

"No.Why?" I asked. I really didn't like where this was going.

"Taylor, sweetie.You may not believe this,but you're a vampire" Jason said

I wanted to laugh so hard right now,but by the looks of their faces,I could tell they were serious.

Wait!So am I really a vampire?No,I can't be.They're not real.

"You're lying.There is no way in hell I'm a vampire.This is all bullshit.Please tell me that you're lying" I said/asked

"We're not.You could even ask your brother.He'll even show you" Stephanie said

I'm so confused. I don't have a brother.Derrick is my real brother.I don't have any siblings.Do I?

"What are you talking about?I don't have a brother!" I shouted

I was really frustrated right now.

"If you don't want to believe us,then ask Chase " she said

"What does Chase have to do with this?" I asked

"There's no easy way to say this but Chase is your actual brother" Jason said finally looking into my eyes

How could this be? Chase is my friend not my brother. How much worse could this possibly get?First,I find out that the people who raised me my entire life are not my actual parents,then I find out I'm some Supernatural creature that drinks human blood,then now I find out that the person that I have been friends with my whole life is actual my brother?!

"How is this possible?" I asked

"Your mom and dad told us that around the time you turned 16 that they would send your older brother Chase to help us look after you because your parents said that people would start trying to find you once you turned that age.People of all Supernatural are trying to kill you because of your power.Your parents said that once you go through your transition,that you would become the most power being in the whole supernatural world.This is the reason why your parents gave you to us to watch over you until you're 18.They said that once you turn 18,that Chase would bring to see them and you would live there for the rest of your life.We were afraid that this day would come,but all we both know is it was wonderful to have you in our lives and to let you know that you will always be our daughter no matter what because we love you" Stephanie said as she started to break down because she couldn't bare the thought of losing he only daughter.

I can't believe they went through all this trouble just to protect from who knows what.The next thing you knew was that I hugging both of them and crying so hard.I love them so much and I'm just thankful for them watching over me.We were like for 5 minutes until mom asked me if I wanted to speak to Chase. I nodded my head and waited for my 'brother' to come in.

Chase's POV

I knew that this day would come,after all I am her biological brother.I bet she's nervous with all of this stuff coming to her minute by minute.She just find out who she really is.If I was in her shoes then I would know how it feels.It's not everyday a girl finds out her parents our not her real parents and that the guy she has been friends with ever since she was 16 was her actual brother.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't even realize that Taylor's bedroom door opened and that Jason and Stephanie walked out.

"She wants to talk to you" Stephanie said.

I was looking at her tear stained face. I knew she was crying because of my super hearing.I heard everything they told her. I know that she's upset. I hate to see my baby sister so upset, but she had to know at some point in her life.

I walked in my sister's room and sat down next to her.

"How are you feeling. I know this is a lot to take in, but I sure you'll get use to it. I'm just so sorry you had to find out this way" I said while I placed on hand and rub it up and down trying to sooth her.

"I'm just shocked that this is real. This doesn't happen everyday. I never thought that I'm a vampire. I'm scared, but I'm also happy at the same time"

"So you're okay with this?" I asked her

"I guess so, but there's something I want you to show me" she said. I think I know what direction she was going.

"And what is it?" I smirked

"Can you show me what you look like when you're a vampire?" she asked

"Sure"

I closed my eyes and took a deep breathe. I opened my eyes and partly opened my mouth to where you could see my fangs poking out.

Taylor looked shocked but I could also see her smile a little bit. I let my fangs go back into my mouth and felt my eyes go from red back to their original color.

For the past 30 minutes, I told Taylor anything she wanted to know about the Vampire World and the Supernatural World.

"So, ate you ready to meet your real parents?" I asked her

"As ready as I'll ever be"
