Chapter 7- Our First Kiss

Taylor's POV

At first, I didn't know what to do. I was stuck until my brain realized what was happening and I kissed back.

We both kissed with so much passion. It's like we've kissed each other many times before. It's like we've known each other our whole entire life. This was my first kiss, our first kiss, and it was special.

We both pulled away before things got too heated.

"Wow" we both said

We just stood in the middle of the forest in each others arms and starring into each other eyes.

"So, can I see you tomorrow?", he asked, looking down at me

"I don't know. I mean our dads are against us being together. If my dad found out about this, he'll probably won't let me come into the forrest unless somebody's with me" I said

"I don't care if our dads are against us. All I want to do is to be with you" he said as he caressed my cheek with his thumb

"Well, that's too bad because there is no way I'm letting you be with my daughter" I heard a familiar voice say
The voice known as my dad.

I turned around and saw my standing right in front of me with his arms crossed over his chest and shooting daggers as he looked at the way Zayn was holding me.

I pushed Zayn's hands off of me and walked towards my father.

"Dad, I can explain"

"Ok, then explain why you were kissing this filthy mutt" he says while looking at Zayn

"I-I..." I began to say

"It's not her fault, sir. It was my idea. All I wanted to do is see her. Don't blame her for something I did, blame me" he said looking my father in the eyes

Without a word, my dad grabbed my hand and ran vampire speed back home.

We walked through the long hallway I had came when I first came here. We entered his office and I saw my mom sitting in his chair, looking out the window.

"Here she is" my dad said to my mom
She ran up to me and hugged me so hard. She let go, stepped back a little bit and asked, "Where were you? We've been worried sick about you!" she asked/yelled

"We?" I asked
I heard someone clear their throat behind me. I turned around and saw Chase and Isabel standing by the office door.

"Now, tell your mom where you've been, Taylor"

I looked down and said, "I went to see my mate" I said quietly

"Speak up, Taylor" my dad said

"I went to see my mate" I said again loud and clear so everybody can hear

"Taylor, you know your father doesn't want you to be with him" she said with a shocked face expression

"I know, but why can't you give them a chance?" I asked

"I'm not giving them a chance because they're the fucking enemy, Taylor. Even if we tried to get along, something will go wrong. With them, something always go wrong. So, there's no point in trying to be friends" he said looking away from

"Can you at least least do it for us?!" Isabel yelled

"Isabel, this has nothing to do with you. You didn't go to see your mate, your sister did. Now, please stay out of this"

"How can I stay out of this when I went to see my mate also? Dad, I know we can't be with them, but we can't stay away from each other. I thought you wanted us to be happy" Isabel cried

"I can't believe you two did this. Go to your rooms and we'll finish this in the morning" he say looking at window, too disappointed to look our way

I stood up from the chair and walked out the office with Isabel behind me. I walked into my room and closed the door behind me. I changed into my silk night gown and laid down in the bed sheets.

I was starring up at the ceiling when a thought occurred to me.

"When will I get to be with my own mate?"
