I felt people shaking my body back and forth.
"Y/N? It's Gumball! Say something."
"I'm sorry." Tears started rolling down my face again, "I couldn't control myself. My instincts took over. I'm sorry Penny."
"It's okay Y/N." Darwin replied, "Gumball's like that when he sees a lazier pointer."
Darwin pulled a tiny flash light out of his pocket and shined a small red dot on the ground. Gumball's eyes turned to slits and he pounced on the light.
"See?"
"Not funny Darwin." Gumball said returning to normal.
"We all understand it was an accident, but, Principal Brown wants you in his office." Penny said walking back into the lunch room.
My ears and tail drooped down, "Okay. Again, I'm really sorry."
"It's okay."

"This is unacceptable Miss L/N! This is your first day of school!" Principal Brown yelled.
"I know," my ears drooped again, "I just couldn't control myself."
"Well you better learn to because you are suspended for two more days!"
"Wh-what?" I blubbered.
"I'm sending you home so you can learn to control your animal instincts. No buts about it! Grab your stuff and leave!"
"But-"
"Now!"
When I walked to my locker, Gumball and Darwin were waiting for me.
"How'd it go?" Gumball asked.
"Not so well. I won't be at school for the next two days."
"What the what?! That's so unfair! It's not your fault!" He replied.
"I tried to tell him, but he wouldn't listen."
"Can you still come over this afternoon?" Darwin asked.
"I hope so."
