Kanna goes wide eyed and runs screaming to Homura.
Just as Kanna was about to reach Homura everything disappeared and they all returned to the real world.

After the big finale Homura's world was destroyed so was the mysterious future like world and they went back to the real world God took away all of the witches and magical girl powers , leaving the world peacefully in exchange for all their memories when they were magical girls.
March 8
"Homura my mum said yes for the sleep over" Madoka said running up to Homura then walking beside her.
"That's great!" Homura replied and they started walking around the school.
Homura starts walking backwards and bumps into someone.
"Oh sorry!" She said and turns around to see who she ran into
It was a girl with sliver hair she looked shy and sinister in a mysterious way.
"I'm Homura who are you?"
"I'm Kanna Asumi" Kanna replied
"Uh K-Kanna?" Homura said in her mind and remembers what Kanna and her did before in another time.
"See you around Homulilly" Kanna says while walking past her
Homura turns back buts sees no one......
"You sure are one mysterious girl Kanna Asumi" Homura smiled
