Chapter 3

Of course another day of Jake vlogging and using an air horn to wake everyone up. But it was only me, Erika, and the Martinez twins since everyone was still on a trip for about 5 more days.

"You would think i would be used to this by now."

"Yea you think you would be. Yo Martinez get up." Jake was saying while jumping on their bed.

"Ugh." Ivan said getting up. Emilio was still lying down so Jake picked him up like a baby and threw him on the couch.

"Jake bro what the fuck." Emilio said while getting up and tackling Jake. Once they were done fighting Jake sat next to me and said,

"Oh yea y/n i saw your post last night." He started nudging and winking at me.

"What about it...."

"So like you two a thing or what?"

"Noooooo..." I said blushing

"Bro not gonna lie i totally ship you two and it has only been a day. what do you think Emilio?"

"Oh yes I dooooo." Emilio said looking at Ivan. Ivan was about to say something but before he could i immediately left the room and went downstairs in the kitchen.

As i was about to pour some cereal I was getting a call. i looked at my phone to see it was my dad. He rarely calls me anymore so at this point i was kinda worried.

"hey what's up dad everything ok? why are you crying dad i am worried...."

"Look you need to come down to the hospital that was right down from our house I know it is a long drive from where you are but your mom...."

"Dad What is wrong with mom.."

"Just come down right now....it is her cancer...." I hung up. I looked at the time it was about 12:30 pm. I ran upstairs to Jake with tears in my eyes.

He looked at me and said, "What's wrong????"

"My mom.... Dad called me and told me to come down to the hospital down the street from their house. You rememebr that one right?"

"Yea, right now?"

"Yes please and look i am sorry I know it is a really long ride it's just i need to see my mom i need to know what is going on."

"Of course i totally understand." Jake said looking really worried.

"Do you want us to come?" Emilio said.

"Please I really need as much support as possible because i don't know what is going on."

They got up and threw on some clothes really fast as did I. Then we went downstairs and all piled in the car. Jake had to go tell Erika what was going on before we left so she doesn't worry. Once he got in the car he immediately started to drive.

My mind was so overwhelmed i couldn't help but start crying. Jake looked over at me and held my hand.

"I am sorry for having you drive this far." I said still crying.

"y/n don't worry. If i was in this situation I would definetly need to go see them asap. Plus your mom was like my second mom I need to make sure she is ok too."

I let go of his hand and stared out the window. Everyone was quiet for the whole drive.

Until finally we got to the hospital. It took longer than expected because of traffic so we didn't get there until 4:00pm. I looked back and I saw Ivan sleeping. It sounds weird but he looks so adorable when he sleeps. Emilio started to wake him up and we all got out of the car.

I was so tired from crying. I had just finished crying before we got inside of the hospital but once i stepped foot an saw my father with his head down crying i lost it. I knew something had happened. I ran up to my father giving him a hug and asking him what happened. I couldn't believe the words that had come out of his mouth....
