Chapter 8

Marissa's POV

--My apartment--

From Unknown Number:

Hey gorgeous

Me:

Uhm who is this?

From Unknown Number:

Well it looks like I forgot to tell you who I was... it's me Ethan

Me:

Oh lol hey Ethan

I decided to change his contact name to Ethan.

Ethan:

So for that date do you want to go out today for lunch

Me:

Sure I guess I'll cya when?

Ethan:

"What's that all about?" Lizzy asked. "What are talking about?" I asked with confusion, "Well you were staring at your phone and smiling" she said. "Oh" I laughed, "Are you talking to Logan or something?" she asked. "Actually I just talked to Ethan and we are going out for lunch" I said.

"After your dates with Logan and Ethan you have to pick one and keep a distance with the other one" Lizzy said. "Ok mom" I laughed as she started laughing. "Well I actually need help getting ready I have no clue what to wear" I said. "For your date with Logan he's most likely going to have some type of merch on so when you find out what you're doing I can help with that. But Ethan has a different style" she said. "Well someone did there research" I smiled, "well someone had to" she laughed. "I say just dress casual" she said, "come on" she said pulling me into my room.

"I'm so glad you already set up your closet" she said as I laughed. She walked into my closet and pulled out a black skater dress, my black low top vans, and my jean jacket. "This is perfect for the Dolan you know they're skaters" she said. "You really are a fashion genius" I said. "Why thank you" she said in a terrible accent. We both burst out in laughter.

-- 12pm at the apartment--

 When I looked at my phone it said 12:00pm so I decided to go hop in the shower. While I was in the shower I also washed my hair. When I got out I dried off and brushed my teeth. While I was getting ready my phone started ringing. When I saw the caller ID it was Logan.

Conversation between Marissa/M and Logan/L:

M: Hey wassup Logan

L: Hey Marissa do you want to hang out later?

M: Oh um sure what time?

L: Maybe around 3

M: I don't if I'll be busy so ill have to get back with you later

L: Oh ok but don't forget we have a date tonight at  7

M: I'm looking forward to it

L: Well I can't wait to  see your beautiful face

M: Logan I have to go but I'll see you later tonight

L: Ok bye babe

OMG!! Logan called me babe!!!! I'm super excited for today's date but I forgot to ask where we were going. I decided to ask later so I finished getting ready. I put my hair in a messy bun and did light make up. Then Ethan texted me.
