I so stuck right now cause im running out of ideas to what i should write next. I sowy if this is a really bad chapter but i tried so hope ya like!!! :)

Zoros POV

We walked down this stoney path knowing absolutely nothing about where we were going. I sry i cant remember how to describe how they get there so if im wrong im sowy. Where did luffy live anywhere. I guessed he lived in some wealthy house with garp. But judging by where we are going it doesnt seem that way. We arrived at this sort of jungle entrance. It honestly looked kind of creepy and dark. Is this really the way to his house?? As of he read my mind luffy said "Right this way!!" He seemed like our luffy with that bright cheery smile. Maybe he was just shy with strangers. Well that has certaintly changed if thats the case. "If you cant handle a little jungle like this then you will be left behind so keep up." Ace said with venum in his voice. Its obvious he doesnt like us. "Beware for bears, lions, snakes, tigers, wolves, sharp rocks, poisonous plants and bugs!! Heh heh heh." Luffy said with such a bright smile on his face.

"Is this place really that dangerous? I men the way luffy is smiling about it makes it seem safe but then when i look at ace....." Nami said. A she said the last bit she shivered. "If three children can get through easily then we will be fine!!" Ussop shouted. "Shut it pinochio!!" Luffy, ace and sabo shouted simultaniously. At least nami was being descreat. "Yeah pinochio" The crappy cook teased. It was a funny name. Finally something we agree on. As ussop was sulking, we made our way into the jungle. It was dark with lots of wild animals. As we went through the woods, a voice popped into our heads. "By the way strawhats. Everything you say and do will be forgotten and will not affect luffys memory or past. To clear this up. You cant touch anything either as you would just go straight through it. Have fun~" the voice sang. God, who was this and why was he meddling with us!! "Did you hear that??" Nami wipsered shakily. "It appeared to be the man who trapped us here and has luffy" robin said. To test this theory, i tried to grab a vine whilst luffy and his brothers werent looking but my hand went straight through as if it was water. "Seems he was telling the truth. We better keep going otherwise we will loose luffy and the others." I say. I just wanna get this over and done with.

As we travel through the woods, nothing has happened so far. I can sense the creatures with my haki but they seem to be keeping away. Almost as if they were afraid. "So kid. Your garps grandson right?" Sanji asks. " yeah why?" Luffy replies as if it were nothing. "Well why dont you live with him??" Sanji asks. That moron! Luffy never liked to talk about his family so why would he now!?" Its complicated..." luffy said. I knew he never liked to talk about garp but he looks so sad.

Suddenly the landscape started swirling. Everything was deforming as we were no longer in the jungle with luffy, ace and sabo. " this is a flashback. Since you have reminded luffy of this event you will now see it. However, unlike the memories you cannot even speak to anyone. You can only watch. Enjoy the show~" the annoying voice narrated. Seriously this is starting to make me angry. I hate it when that voice gets in our heads! The spinning cleared as we were revealed with an empty house. Then a small boy that looked a bit like luffy but without the scar. He looked sad. Behind him was a woman with green hair and an apron on. "Are you sure youll be ok on your own lu?" The woman said. "Its ok makino. Gramps isnt home most of the time so ill be ok." Luffy said sounding sad. Then i remembered. The familys of navy higher ups usually hardly see them because of their work. "But lu! You only 5, you shoupdnt be home alone. Do you have a mother or father who can take care of you?" Makino said. Luffy just shook his head slowly. "Poor luffy. Having to grow up all lone with only garp who by the looks of it, wasnt there half the time!" Nami said sadly. It was true that most of us grew up without parents but none of us lived all alone. Especially at the age of 5!" Well lu! You are welcome at the bar at any time ok!!" Makino said happily. Luffy just nodded and smiled that massive grin if his. As makino left. Luffy went out the back door of his little cottage. It was small but pretty stable. It looked so lonely though. Luffy ran to this park looking area and sat on a rock in the corner of it. Luffy the brought out a notebook and pencil and began to write something in it. Curious of what he may be writing, i started to walk closer to him. The others still hadnt said anything as they were too focused on watching the memory. I was stopped in my tracks when i heard shouting.

"Hey its the freak!!" One of the older boys shouted. It sounded like it was directed at luffy. Luffy head shot up as he looked up in fear of them. "Since our beating last time didnt work on him lets use sharp rocks!!" The boys shouted. Were they trying to hurt luffy?" Whats going on?" Chopper wimpered. He looked like he was about to cry as he watched what was happening. Luffy jsut sat there almost as if he was frozen in fear. It wasnt like our captain to be like this but i guess he is a child. 5 at that. The kids started to throw the rocks at luffy and almost all of them hit him. They shouted "You monster!" "Freak!" "Rubber monster!" Why were they being horrible to him? What did he do. "Why are they doing this?! He looks so scared and they are so much older!" Nami cried out. She obviously couldnt look at this much longer. Sanji gave her an answer that was suprising non-pervy." Its because of his devil fruit powers. They are hard for people to accept so they usually judge the devil fruit users because of it. And on top of that he is garps grandson. An almighty navy general who is sure to be feated by some kids." Sanji was right. By now most of us, even me, were on the verge of tears as we watched luffy be beaten. Then suddenly is stopped. The older kids left luffy lying on the ground crying as they laughed and walked away. Luffy just lay there crying. Then i noticed something. Below his right eye was an open wound that was sure to scar. Then it hit us. This was how luffy got his scar.

All of a sudden a large red headed male with a straw hat walked up to luffy with a few men behind him. He knelt down next to luffy." Hey kid are you ok?" The man asked with a soothing voice. Then i realized who this must be.I looked behind him to see a whole crew of pirates. One of them looked alot like ussop. That must have been his dad. "Who..are..you?" Luffy asked sounding scared. "We are pirates. Its ok though dont be scared we arent going to hurt you." He said with a soothing voice once again." Why do you wanna talk to a monster like me?? After i ate that horrible fruit, the beatings have gotten worse. So why arent you beating me?" Luffy asked. He sounding suprised he wasnt getting hurt." Why would we. You are a human, not a monster. You just happen to be a special one." He said smiling at luffy. Luffy then started to break down crying. And he hugged luffy.

Hiiii. I decided to change how luffy and shanks met and how luffy got the scar cause it was easier to fit to the story. Im sowy if u dont like it but tough.
