Part 18

Alright i know i havent updated in ages!! But in my defence i just had no idea what i was going to do next in this story but i have figured out a sort of outline of what i wanna do so just stay patient for me alright😂. Anyway i hope you enjoy this next cha0ter even though its probably gonna be rubbish😂hopefully its not too bad.

Zoros POV

We travelled dow  the corridor that followed the large door we used to exit the former room we were in. As we walked down the large corridor,  torches suddenly turnt on lighting our path through the hallway. The walls of the corridor were made of stone which was a large contrast to the cold and hard metal walls in the library. I saw some growth inside the cracks." Looks like your hair, moss head!" Sanji cackled. "Shut up idiot cook!" I growled, becoming irritated with his immaturity. This whole situation had made me very anxious. I jist wanted to be done with this all. I guess the cook sensed how tense i was as he immediatly backed down. The only thing that broke the silence was the tapping of our footsteps on the stone tiles. Ahead of me, a large wooden door stood in our path at the end of the hallway. Golden markings were engraved intk the door as the intricate patterns.

As we reach the large door, robin asked " should i break it open?" As soon as we all nodded, robin grew her arms and grabbed at the hinges of the door. The entrances hinges creaked in pain as the two doors crashed to the stone floor creating an echoeing bang. Well, if we had any chance of suprising anyone and being descreeat it was gone. Once robins several arms had poofed away do they poof? I have no idea:) we all simultaneously strode over the wooden doors. "I kind of feel bad destroying them they were so pretty." Nami says with a pout. "I bet we could have gotten a pretty penny for them as well!" Sighing at nami's ridiculousness we all continued walking into the new room.

It was a circular room surrounded by stone pillars as high as the cieling. A peculier, round light, with no source, shown down onto the centre of the room. This revealed intricate patterns scattered across the once again stone floor. Pretty much the whole room was made of stone. A large, rectangular shadow obstructed the circle of light in the centre of the room. However we weren't close enough to see what it was as it was cloaked in shadows. In order to see what it was we walked further into the room. A large 6 foot cage stood in front of us. Shockingly, inside the metal cage was none other than our precious captain. I immediatly went to jump into action. Luffy looked hurt and was unconcious so we needed to get him to chopper immediatly. I grabbed at my swords in order to cut him out however was infuriatingly pulled back by franky. "What are you doing?!" I questioned him angrily. What on earth was so important that he haf to hold me back from my luffy?! Although, the only response that i got was his finger pointed upwards.

As i followed the direction of his finger, most of my anger faded away as i processed the sight before me. Towering over both us and the cage which held luffy  was an enormous black figure made up with shadows that appeared to be constantly moving. Its eyes were as red as blood and its glare was so hateful it could kill.

Hallos!! Sorry for the rly long wait. I was so stuck on what to do next but now i have an idea. Quick question. What is your opinion on battles in fanfictions? Tell me what you think and if i should include it in da story. Hope you enjoyed!!;)) double chin boi!
