I was talking to her for a good hour, trying to persuade her to bail you out.

She kept talking about you though, the whole ride home was just her talking about you.

Asked if you were my boyfriend,

Yeah she asked me if you were my girlfriend
And she asked why I cared so much

I said she didn't care enough.
That got her to agree to bail you out.
