We pulled up outside the boarding house. Ace and I hadn't uttered a word to each other the whole time. I wish we had though, anything to distract me from that kiss we shared. I kept telling myself that I couldn't change what had happened and that it had happened for a reason and was NOT to happen again. I couldn't convince myself of that though.

"Come on in for a bit" I said as I pulled my seat belt off.

He looked at me for a moment before nodding his head slowly and unbuckling his seat belt. I smiled to him before opening the car door and shutting it behind me. Ace was already waiting for me at the front of the car.

He walked behind me, making sure there was a safe enough distance before us. I rolled my eyes at this. It wasn't like I didn't trust him. If anything I didn't trust myself. I lifted my hand to knock on the door when I saw it was just a little open.

I pushed it forward and it put up no fight. I frowned. Was that a good sign or bad sign?. I walked in with Ace following close behind me, his frown mirroring mine. I walked out into the lounge to see it was full. On the sofa sat my parents. My mom was crying whilst my dad and Aunt Bonnie tried to calm her down. My Uncle Jeremy was stood behind the sofa when my Uncle Damon was stood leaning against the wall opposite to them with his eyes glued to the floor.

They weren't the only ones there though. My eyes fell on Aunt Caroline, Uncle Tyler and Uncle Matt. Mark and Daniel were stood with them. I then noticed Daniel had his hand around Robyn's waist which made me smile.

"Wow. Damon without a drink in his hand. Where's my camera when I need it?" I asked.

All eyes fell to me and I smiled, waving at them sheepishly, not really knowing what to do. Robyn tore away from Daniel and pulled me into a hug, crushing all my airways.

"Can't breathe Robyn" I muttered.

"Sorry" she said releasing me from my hug, "Where have you been?" she asked.

I looked back at Ace and he smiled at me. When I looked back at Robyn she gave me a questioning look and before she had chance to say anything Daniel cleared his throat and made his way to us.

"Maybe we should go and tell Abby and the others your here. They have been worried sick" he said leading Robyn to the stairs.

"Thank you" I replied as I watched them disappear upstairs.

"Luna!" my mom exclaimed rushing over to me and pulling me into a hug. Her hug was not as painful as Robyn's which was a good thing.

"Where have you been?" she asked pulling away and placing her hands on my shoulders. My dad was stood beside her with his hand on the small of my back.

Ace cleared his throat, "I think I can explain better than Luna. I still haven't had chance to ask her what she remember's".

They made room for Ace and I to sit on the couch and then Ace launched into the story.

"I found her yesterday. Her car had completely turned upside down and she was bleeding a lot" he said.

"What?" my dad asked looking at me.

"OK. In my defence I am not a careless driver or anything it's just that some black shadow freak thing was following me!" I exclaimed.

They fell silent in thought.

"Are you sure that is what you saw, because when I got there, nothing was there except you" Ace said.

I nodded my head.

"I have a question" Uncle Damon piped up, "Where's your dress?".

I could feel the heat rushing to my cheeks as they all glanced at my clothes, "In the bin. It was completely ripped from the crash".
