•••chapter five•••
Pain was all that rushed through once I woke up.
I opened my eyes. I looked around. I wasn't in my room.
My eyes widened as memories rushed through my head. I looked beside me. For once seeing him made me scared.
Finn.
He was still asleep.
I looked under the sheets, worried.
I sighed of relief.
I looked at my phone and looked at the time.
"Shit!" I said a little too loud then I wanted.
It wasn't loud enough to wake the whole
House up, but it was loud enough to wake people in the room.Finn started to wake up he opened his eyes and saw me.
"Morning Millie." He said smiling.
I don't think he realized what the situation was.
"Wait. Millie?" Finn said with his eyes widened.
"Shh!"
He looked around.
"Did we?-"
"No." I said reassuring.
He sighed of relief.
He quickly got up.
"Is anyone else here?" He whispered.
"I don't know!" I whisper yelled.
He then started walking towards the door. He peeked out and quickly closed it.
"We are in the guest room. And it seems like no one is home." He said.
"Let's go." I said.
We carefully walked down the stairs.
And headed out the door.
Once we were out we stood there in an awkward silence.
"Okay uh I don't have a car so-" Finn said awkwardly.
"It's fine my house is close."
"Yeah..." he said scratching the back of his neck.
"Well see ya at school." Finn said quickly.
He then started walking away from me. I walked the opposite way.
I would think about what happened. Did Finn like me? Why did he kiss me? Why did I kiss back? Why didn't he stop? Do I like Finn? Do I tell Sadie?
As I arrived to my home, I noticed that Winona's car wasn't there. I silently thanked god and rushed inside the house.
I walked up to Sadie and I's room and opened the door. Sadie wasn't in here.
Suddenly the door I had left open shut and I saw a redhead with relief in her eyes.
She ran up to me and hugged me.
