Chapter 6: Stalker!!??

   "So what did Mr and Mrs. Smith say" Hotch questions keeping his eyes on the dash board ahead of him. "They said that she was taken on her way to her friend Ally's house down the street" Heather responded as soon as Reid began circling all the dump and abduction sites of the victims on the map.

   "We should interview Ally" Gideon suddenly spoke up, causing everyone to turn around. "What good would that do "JJ replied clearly confused. "Trust him, I think I know what do" Heather responded linking the pieces together in her mind. "I'll get them in for questioning" Morgan replied taking his chance to leave the room.

   Morgan returned only seconds later. "That was fast" Hotch pushed invading privacy. "They're already here" Morgan quickly answered before his phone made a buzzing noise that filled the small room. "It's Garcia" Morgan added before announcing to her "Your on speaker". "Well, I did some digging on the Smith's" she began which you could hear typing in the background. "And?" Hotch pushed impatient. "Mary Smith was the biological mother to Lily, Sam Wild, Willow Bail, and Emily Gray, with all different dads" she revealed speaking slow and quietly.

"That's sounds a bit extreme, so the children besides Lily all lived with their dads" Reid tried to comprehend. "Right again our male genius, she was married to them all more at least 5 months" Garcia responded. "What about Mr. Smith, and how long have the Smith's been married" JJ questioned further leaning over on the wall beside her.

"Hold on, Garcia look into birth records that have to do with Bob Smith" Heather interrupted placing both hands on the oak table. "Will do, Garcia out" she concluded sighing off. "I'm going to go interview Ally Dawson" Heather added running out he door, slamming the door close.

Ally was terrified. Her thumbs were as if in a romantic relationship as they touched every second. "Ally I'm going to ask one question that you have to answer" Heather said sternly, taking Ally's fingers which intertwined with hers. "Did Lily know anything that she shouldn't" she pressed on squeezing right. Ally tensed up and took a giant gulp. "She..she knows who was killing those people" Ally answered whimpering slowly.

"Do you know" Heather pushed. Ally shook her head before adding "She wouldn't tell me for personal reasons and that she didn't want me to be in danger, she wasn't going to my house, she was on her way to the police station to report it". Ally went quiet after that, so Heather thanked her and returned to her team.

   "Lily knew who the killer is" she reported taking a seat close to Morgan's phone that still layer on the circular table. 'RING RING' the phone responded. Gideon hit a button making Garcia's voice fill the room. "GUYS, BOB HAS A SON NAMED AUSTIN AARUDA THAT WAS ADOPTED BY THE AARUDA'S AYEAR AFTER HE WAS BORN" she blurted out in a swift and loud voice.

   "He must be our unsub" Reid shouted realizing. "He is killing his so called 'siblings' to mimic what he wants to do to his dad for giving him up and he kidnapped Lily so that she couldn't tell anyone" he added. "Garcia do you have an address" Morgan asked leaning over toward the phone. "Yes...36 Marblehead Road" she responded sighing off.

   That night, Heather turned the doorknob open to reveal Emma and Daniel curled up on the couch sleeping peacefully. That's when the little brown box on the kitchen table was finally found by Heather's grey eyes. Setting her satchel down on one of the wooden chairs, she carefully unwrapped the note attached atop the box.

   My Beautiful Heather,

     I hope that you enjoy the present inside. I know your precious brain is trying to find out who wrote this, but you'll find out soon enough. Our love is eternal. Can't wait to finally talk to you, I have been watching you for a long time. I love you!❤️

   Opening the box, inside contained only a single black box. Inside was a necklace that had pearls and the main charm was a cutout silver crown that said 'My Queen'. Heather was disgusted. This was clearly the work of a psychopathic stalker. Although she was very disgusted, she decided that if he was watching the best thing to do was wear it.

   She placed the chain with the pearls and crown around her neck and proceed inside her room to prepare for bed.

   His blue eyes were watching from the apartment building across the street. 'She likes it, she's wearing it, she likes me' kept playing through his head as he prepared himself for bed. That's when Steven Langevin decided that Heather Lake was going to be his forever. She didn't have a choice.
