finn was nervous. he had deleted those messages, but for some reason he had this weird feeling in his stomach. what if jack didn't like him? what if jack thought he was ugly?
[connecting to video chat]
*connected*
"woah." jack said as soon as the connection was stable.
"what?" asked finn quickly, a little nervous. jack was as attractive as finn had imagined, but what if jack didn't feel the same about him?
"you're hot." he blurted out and then covered his mouth in shock.
finn raised an eyebrow trying to realize what had just happened,
"i thought you said you were straight?" he asked trying not to laugh.
"i um...i am." jack brushed a hand against his hair.
of course there was an awkward silence before the two bursted out laughing. they smiled as if they had known each other for the longest time before jack had to leave.
"we'll find a better time to call." he said before he got up.
"yeah..."
"bye!" he smiled before ending the call. finn waved goodbye before closing his laptop and smiled. for a second he even thought to himself,
am i seriously falling for someone over 1,000 miles away?
