Rose wasn't the one talking to Hugo. It's Valdemort. Hugo was fooled by it.

"I just need the blood of Lily Potter and Scorpius Malfoy. And I will raise again." Valdemort ( with Rose's Body ) said to Hugo.

If Love killed Valdemort, Love can bring it back to life again. Love can make and break Valdemort so he will get a powerful witch and a wizard's blood which is a lover.

"Ok, if that will make you raise again." Hugo said and walked away.

While walking he saw His mum and dad crying for her sister's lifeless body.

"Hugo, your sister died a hero be proud of her." Hugo's dad said and hugged his wife Hermione.

"I will bring her back." Hugo said and ran away. He is planning how to get Scorpius and Lily's blood.

While Hugo is planning his plan Lily is spending his time with Scorpius and Albus.

"Will it leave a scar?" Scorpius asked Madam Pomfrey. Madam Pomfrey laughed

"No. We have magic and potions." Madam Pomfrey said. Scorpius looked at his burn in his left arm. 'It's not bad enough.' Scorpius taught.

"Don't be a baby, Malfoy and besides yours is small and mine is a little bit bigger." Albus said.

"Stop bickering, You're scars are nothing compared to dad's it's in his face." Lily said to the boys.

"bet your father liked that it's a famous scar. My father's was a shame." Scorpius said.

"You mean his dark mark? That is not a scar." Albus said to Scorpius.

"It's considered as a scar. My father regrets being a death eater. He even said He should've died and be brave to be himself and not to follow orders." Scorpius said

"He's forgiven a long time ago and besides he didn't nothing wrong." Albus said

"Yeah, but he's still crying over spilt milk. Let's us not talk about it." Scorpius said.

While the three are talking about Scar, Hugo is watching them with his anger.

"You didn't even bother to look for my sister. You're just sitting there and flirting with her ex." Hugo said addressing it to lily.

"Wait till she resurrects and she will to her vendetta." Hugo said and walked away.
