Chapter 22

After the time they took off for their wedding and honeymoon, the two had to return to work.
"Ugh babe can we just stay home instead?" Olivia asked in a whining voice.
"Not if you wanna be able to pay for this house" Courtney joked.
"Come on get up" she said trying to pull the covers off of Olivia.
"Sweetheart we're gonna be late. Do I have to take you out to the pool?"
"Okay okay, I'm up" Olivia stood up and quickly got dressed.
Courtney had went out to the driveway to start the car and was waiting.
*At the smoffice*
"You're back!" Noah and Keith shouted in unison.
Noah pulled the whole squad in for a group hug.
"I'm gonna go say hi to Mari real quick" Courtney said kissing Olivia in the forehead.

"Hey Mar!" She said pulling her into a hug.
"I missed you guys so much" Mari replied.
"How're things at the apartment now that we're gone?" Courtney questioned.
"I'll admit I get pretty lonely" Mari laughed.
"We'll be by to visit soon okay?"
"Okay"
Courtney left to go back to the squad to start learning the scripts.

When the day was over they drove home and decided to just watch movies for the rest of the night.
"Hey babe?" Olivia said grabbing the remote and muting the tv.
"Yeah?" Courtney asked.
"Do you think now would be the time to start talking about kids?" Olivia questioned with a nervous look on her face.
"Olivia come on! We just moved into a new place and we just got married. I love you, of course I do. But I don't think right now is the time for a baby!" Courtney replied angrily.
"We don't have to have a baby, we can adopt." Olivia shot back.
"I'm going to bed" Courtney stated as she got up and left, leaving Olivia alone on the couch.

Courtney woke up to Olivia, crawling into the bed beside her. She decided to pretend she was asleep. Once she was sure Olivia had drifted off she repositioned herself so that she was facing away from her.
As much as she hated it, she couldn't help but feel angry.
