Chapter 9

Olivia's POV
I woke up with Courtney's arms wrapped around me. It was honestly the best feeling ever, I felt safe and her touch was reassuring.
I felt her move behind me and I shut my eyes pretending to be asleep.

Courtney awoke and realized that Olivia was still asleep in her arms. "Shit we have work today" she thought to herself.
She sat up and turned to Olivia who was sleeping soundly.
"Good morning baby girl" Courtney said kissing Olivia on the cheek.
"Good morning" Olivia mumbled.
"Come on, we have work today" Courtney said.
"Ugh Court can we just stay here forever?" Olivia replied.
"No we need to be able to pay rent, come on" she said picking Olivia up and taking her to the kitchen.
Courtney made all three of them eggs and went to shower.
Once they had all finished getting ready they got into Mari's car and drove to the smoffice.
When they arrived at work the two said goodbye to Mari and continued walking down the hall.
"Do you want to tell them today?" Courtney asked.
"I don't see why not" Olivia replied.
Once they entered the squads office they said hello to Keith, noah, and shayne, then walked to their desks.
As the squad worked in silence Olivia and Courtney were sending texts to each other about their plan.
O: "when do you want to tell them?"
C: "whenever you want to sweetheart"
O: "what am I gonna say???"
C: "I'll be right here to back you up. You got this".
After they had decided Olivia stood up and walked to the middle of the room.
"Guys I have to tell you something." Olivia said looking nauseous.
Courtney gave her a reassuring smile and a wink.
"Well Liv what is it" Keith said and the other two nodded.
"Well uh I have been- well we have been uh"
The three guys looked at her questioningly.
"Olivia are you okay?" Shayne asked looking concerned.
As he finished his sentence Olivia ran out of the room and Courtney followed her shortly after.
Courtney found her in an empty conference room sitting in a chair crying.
"Honey what's wrong? you were doing great" she said.
"What if they don't agree with us dating?" Olivia replied.
"I don't care what they think" Courtney said grinning "If they don't like it that's too bad because there's no way in hell I'm letting you go so easily" she finished.
"Thanks Courtney" Olivia said.

"Now let's get in there and tell them the news" Courtney said after five minutes of calming Olivia down.
The two walked back into the room with Courtney's arm around her girlfriend.
The guys looked at them concerned for Olivia.
Courtney started talking before they could ask any questions.
"So you probably already think that something weird is going on so I'll just say it." She said while holding on to Olivia.
"Olivia and I are dating".
