After all of that debacles out of the way, me and Mary are strolling around town in the midst of the festivities.

Of course our destination will be the Adventurer's Guild. But we at least got to have fun while going there. Right?

"Hey! Mori-san! Look at this!" - Mary shouted.

She pointed at a merchant caravan, with a small stall placed in filled with weapons and armour.

"What's so special about that Mary?"

"No, not that look!" - She pointed again while jumping.

She looked closer and saw something different, and the people around it saw it too.

[Gemstones!]

Stored inside in a series of black boxes, Gemstones in all matter of shapes and sizes are in each box.

But, that's not what caught Mori's attention at all, it's the one besides it.

[A wand.]

More specifically, one with a gemstone attached to it.

Yes, there are wands in other stalls, but they are either too weak for me too consider, fake as hell or too messy with weird combinations of elements.

And mind's a different beast entirely, since it's much more powerful than anything seen here, they require a lot more mana to pull off. Like a level 1 noob that can't use a cape, you need to be at least level 30 to have it on.

And we haven't seen a specialized store for it yet, so this is the best we got.

"Hey, you wanna learn magic right, I'll buy it off you."

"Really! Thank you Mori-san! I'll be sure to repay it someday!"

"Haha, let's go."

We walked in, bumping to many people.

But after a about a minute we made it.

"Mmmm... Sir?"

A stick man like figure came, with a big mustache and a large round glasses, he introduces us to his shop.

"Oh hey ther-!!" - The merchant is surprised that a black magician came to his shop.

"H-Hello, w-what does a magician l-like you doing h-h-here in this fine h-hour?" - The merchant looks scared.

[C'mon! Give me a break!]

She could facepalm right about now, but didn't. Instead, she remove her cloak to see her face to the merchant.

"U-uhm... *Ahem! I, uhm... apologized for my rudeness there, i-is there anything y-you like to buy?" - He showed a crooked smile, while sweating like a pig.

[You better be! How could you act to a customer like that?] - She thought.

"Oh yes, i would like that wand over there."

I pointed at the wand with the gemstone on it.

"Oh, uhm, You mean this, well well well, you certainly got a good eye. This is in fact my best item of the day!" - He shouted, with a big grin on his face.

[I guess he's back to his façade then?]

"This is actually an Elven wand. The price is negotiable." - He said.

[Mm... This is quite good, not too bad and not too good either. Perfect for a beginner like her.]

"How much is it?" - She asked.
