*I didn't remove any characters from the story, since you'll see that because there's twenty in the class one person is missing for Rin. I moved them to class 1-B instead. Aka, Sato Rikido.

A regular day of classes was like any other school day. Civilian studies for Rin were a breeze, especially english though she rarely spoke unless asked to(Though Japanese himself, Raiden Hayate was born of mixed heritage that taught him english, that taught his children english and handed over the melanin.)

For lunch, Rin sat alone acting like she couldn't notice Ashido's looks over and retreated further into her hood. There was that annoying bomb head sitting a few seats down eating his boring health foods like a hydraulic press. Then Ochaco sat across from her, slowly joined by the earnest Iida and broccoli headed Midoriya. The classroom seemed like a good place to eat for the future.

There were still her doubts about surviving the hero course. Even if she succeeded, to make a change took a great deal more effort. Even she succeeded in change, it didn't mean anything for her family. Tempest being in jail wouldn't change, the 'accident' years ago wouldn't disappear, and her mother would still see Tempest in Rin's eyes.

Smack! Both Rin's hands came up to her cheeks to stop her spiral, startling the others at the table.

The eyes on her now made her more squeamish, when she already didn't enjoy being around this many people out of fear. She retreated to her hood. "Guess I'm not hungry today," she remarked, standing to taking her food to escape embarrassment.

The afternoon was for hero studies alone, their teacher no other than the boisterous # 1.

"I am...!" A voice suddenly rang out from outside, one so recognizable as the legendary All Might, "Coming through the door like a normal person!"

That had to be among the most unnecessary entrances she'd ever witnessed. It was so stupid she wanted to laugh--almost, but Rin never did that. That optimism just didn't suit her. He was even in full suit from his Silver Age, and walked  so proudly she almost wanted to puke.

There was no face in worshipping a hero over authority, she thought. The fact that there was hierarchy even among hero society made things even more annoying.

So, their hero studies would be in-action today, which required their costumes. Of all things, that was the one she was looking towards.

They were told to put them on and meet outside, so all did as told.

Rin suited up, her gear also having a hood for her comfort. It was crafted with insulated material, though made so she wouldn't over heat, that way she could use her lightning without wrecking her cells, such as short-circuiting her own brain or disconnecting nerves when she was overloaded. Not that Rin couldn't regulate on her own, but this gave her the chance to focus on outwards performance rather than internal.
