[ kill your rush]"So... If you really were, ahem..." Todoroki was still apprehensive when talking to a newly made friend, covering his mouth as he cleared his throat, "a girl yakuza, then, why so..."
"Not yelling, snapping, glaring, and blowing up like Bakugo-san?" she filled. "Well, I suppose I was like that... That's a little scary now that I want to be a hero, isn't it? It'd be one thing if I was born with a clean slate like Bakugo, then sure, I wouldn't need to be afraid to show my colours. But it can be weaponized, and I'm afraid of that. And I was pretty cowardly, to begin with, surprisingly."
Todoroki's eyes drifted when they entered the classroom, looking over to the familiar bomb head in his seat, hair combed smoothly. "I'm not one to defend my father, but as I said before, it's not a matter of if you can become a hero. Especially within the U.A, there's no reason to build your foundation and have the wrong perception of yourself. Getting pushed around isn't going to help your case."
"Wow, and I thought you were cold and quiet all this time, but you've gotten real talkative."
"I'm just speaking honestly, from a logical standpoint. You've made it obvious you aren't as awkward as you seem. Didn't you call me a wall?"
"So you're saying I'm the same?" she remarked and headed on her way over to Bakugo who already had Kirishima laughing at him. "What the hell happened to you?" She touched his hair for good measure, ruffling it but it stayed put. While out of a sling, both her arms were clearly still bandaged up with the movement.
"I picked the wrong agency!" he exploded, his hair along with it. "If you laugh, I'll kill you!"
Rin dropped her notebook that was hiding her original smirk, dropping it completely. "I never laugh."
"Shit..." Kirishima remarked. "That's scary... very manly, Hinata-kun."
"I am not a man." Her eyes glowered, but softened to guilt, looking about ready to cry. "Like that Todoroki-kun? I can't be mean to Kirishima-kun, he's a different story. That's too hard."
"Ah, I understand losing the motivation now. You can only be mean to people you don't like," he remarked.
Close, but it's just my way of guarding myself. I don't trust Bomb-head, I trust Kirishima.
Bakugo cocked his head. "You don't like me? I don't give a fuck, two-face. I don't like you either."
Her persona snapped back to glare daggers at him, her eyes cold and stormy as she put a hand on her hip. Their gaze seemed to ignite the class. "Likewise, bomb-head," she retorted, then rolled her eyes and headed to her seat leaving him in half bewilderment at her switch, and part-way seething rage he wasn't coming out on top.
Heroics had her in a race that ended with her flat on her face. Her arms in bad shape didn't let her catch herself on a ledge and ended up barely avoiding a broken nose.
Handicapable her ass. She went to the changeroom with the rest of the girls, doing the open-with-her foot again and single-handedly removing her costume and throwing it into the case. That was needing to change too.
"I can hear the boys on the other side. Here--" Jiro, annoyed, projected the sound of Mineta's ramblings.
"Check out this peephole! Probably courtesy of our senpais! The girl's room is on the other side!"
"Stop this instant! This is a crime!" Iida scolded.
"Little Mineta is already a flagrant crime! Yaoyorozu-kun's big boobs! Ashido-kun's figure! Hinata-kun's legs! Hagakure-kun's floating panties! Uraraka-kun's uraraka-body! And can't forget Asui-kun's wonderful frog bo--"
