I woke up this morning with a phone call from Viv, and unfortunately it wasn't a call that I wanted.

She didn't really give me the full details, but I kinda understood. I threw some clothes on and left the house. I would explain to Shawn and Ariana later. I ran over to Allison's house which wasn't too far away. It was about an 8 minute run but I was completely out of breath by the time I got there.

I knocked on her door and waited for her to respond. Alicia opened the door instead. "You know it's 4:45 in the morning right?" She said and I nodded.

"Please get Allison. Tell her it's really important."

Alicia nodded and went up the stairs to get her.

She came walking down and looked like a hot mess. Probably just as bad as I looked. "This better be extremely important."

I had already started to cry by the time she came down. I was shaking and scared. "It's about Bailey."

Allison and I ran up to where Viv was standing in Westport Park. There was an ambulance and a few police cars flashing theirs red and blue lights which lit up the dark sky. The sounds of crying and murmur gave me an uneasy feeling.

"She did it right there," Viv said, pointing to the pavilion that everyone was searching around. "They already put her in the ambulance." Viv softly cried as Allison gave her a hug.

My hands went to my neck and just hovered there. I couldn't even imagine that intense of a feeling of pain. My eyes watered as I fully thought of everything happening.

I came over and joined the hug.

"Who found her?" Allison asked, pulling away.

"I did," Viv cried. "I needed to get out of the house and just relax. But she was there and it was one of the most uneasy feelings you could ever get." The rest of the tied rope still hung from the wooden beam where it had been cut.

We eventually went back to my house. None of us got anymore sleep. Just more tears and silence.

The thoughts lingered in our heads and made the seconds feel like long, cold hours.

Our beautiful, loving friend Bailey, was dead.

"That's horrible," Jackson said as he held my hand. We were walking up to school.

I nodded my head which still hung low and starred at my feet. He stopped me and made me look up at him, but I just gave him a soft smile which faded, and kept walking.

Word had spread about Bailey, just like word spreads about everything. Left and right, I was getting sympathetic looks and words.

I'd simply smile, nod and say thank you. It was terrible loosing a friend.

Personally I thought it was stupid that we were still going to school. But apparently in this town it's not.

Jackson and I met back up with Allison and Viv.

"Are we still going on that double date tonight? If you're not up for it-" I cut Jackson off.

"As of right now, anything sounds better than this," I sighed. "I think we should go."

Jackson nodded. I looked at Viv. She was a mess.
