Chapter 17: Zayn the Troublemaker

Zayn pulled into the school parking lot, feeling anxious as hell. He was finally done being suspended and Travis would be back at school. Travis and Zayn didn’t really talk much while Travis was away. Zayn figured that Travis wanted to spend some time with his family and Zayn didn’t want to be a bother. They had skyped a few times while Travis was away, but Zayn was sick of seeing Travis over the computer. He wanted the real thing.

Zayn let out a shaky breath as he got out of his car, slowly making his way to the doors of the school. As he was walking, he heard someone calling his name. He turned his head to see Travis running towards him, a large smile on his face. Zayn grinned and dropped his bag, running to Travis as well. Zayn caught Travis in his arms, lifting him up and spinning him. Travis laughed and Zayn set him down, pressing their lips together. They both smiled in the kiss, Zayn gripping Travis’ waist tightly.

“Get a room!” Someone yelled, making the boys pull apart. Zayn and Travis looked to where the voice was coming from, only to see Josh and Perrie walking towards them, grinning.

“Shut up, Perrie! I haven’t seen him in so long.” Zayn replied.

“It hasn’t even been a week!” Perrie exclaimed and Josh nodded.

“Well I missed my gorgeous boyfriend so leave me alone.” Zayn said, pulling Travis into his side and kissing his temple gently. Travis blushed, burying his face into Zayn’s shoulder.

“Missed you more.” Travis mumbled. The bell rang then, signaling the students to get to class.

“Come on Josh, let’s go to Chemistry. See you two later, yeah?” Perrie said, looking between Zayn and Travis. Travis nodded and Josh and Perrie walked away.

“We won’t be seeing them later, actually.” Zayn commented. Travis gave him a confused look.

“Why not?” Travis asked.

“Because we’re skipping to spend the day together.” Zayn answered him, making Travis’ eyes go wide.

“What? We can’t skip, Zayn! I’ve never skipped bef-“ Zayn cut him off by kissing his lips. Travis sighed against Zayn’s lips, gripping at the nape of Zayn’s neck.

“But I want to spend time with youuuu.” Zayn whined, connecting their foreheads. Travis sighed and Zayn pushed out his bottom lip.

“Baaaaaaabe.” Zayn whined some more.

“Fine, you know you could make me commit murder with that look.” Travis said dejectedly. Zayn instantly grinned, pecking Travis’ lips.

“You’re the best, you know?” Zayn asked and Travis rolled his eyes.

“Yeah, I am.” He huffed. Zayn grabbed Travis hand and started pulling him to his car. The two of them got in the car and Zayn started it up, pulling out of the school parking lot. Travis grabbed Zayn’s hand between the console and pressed a kiss to the back of it. Zayn took his eyes off the road for a second to smile at Travis.

“So what do you want to do, lovely?” Zayn asked.

“We could go back to mine? Connor isn’t home.” Travis suggested. Zayn smirked and raised an eyebrow at Travis.

“Yeah? We’ll have the place to ourselves?” Zayn clarified. Travis blushed and nodded, looking out the window.

“Zayn stop.” Travis mumbled. He was always so shy when it came to anything sexual. Travis and Zayn hadn’t done anything like that, they hadn’t been dating very long. Sure, there were a few good make out sessions that got a little heated but that was it. The other thing was, Travis was a virgin. Zayn obviously was not. Travis had only had one other relationship besides his with Zayn, and the most him and his ex-boyfriend had ever done was kiss.
