Camila's POV
"Not even God himself could sink this ship!" Said an overly excited young girl right next to me as we were boarding, her hands carefully caressing every single detail from the wooden structure beneath us as her other arm was delicately holding mine. Her eyes showed nothing but heavenly admiration as we reached our destination, spinning her body around and around, making me spin around with her, drinking in every single feature and trait of the ship.
I giggled at her childlike behavior, but it soon dropped dead as I heard my mom scolding the young lady from behind us – "Sofia! Behave yourself for once, will you? This is not the place to be acting like a child"
I found it amusing, since Sofia is, in fact, a child. She is my twelve-year-old sister who will one day become the heir to the Cabello - Estrabao's railroad fortune in Miami Florida. Which owns all railroad stations, yards and investments on the eastern side of America and seaboard. And as much as she entirely despises the idea, her whole life had been already planned even before she was born.
Sofi scoffed and took my arm into hers once again, making my mother dig daggers in her back as we walked away. She had never been quite fond of my sister. But once again, my mother was not fond of anyone.
We reached a wonderful place to wave goodbye to our uncle in the midst of the crowd. Sofi leaned her head and almost full body out of the ship, trying to locate our family. I had to hold her back to prevent her from falling off.
- "I thought you wanted to be on the Titanic, Sof. Not off it"
- "I can't find Uncle George, Karla" – Sofi said, apparently not having heard my previous statement.
- "If I help you find him, would you stop moving?"
- "Sure thing" – she said excitedly, finally calming down and inspecting the crowd down below with a more focused look on her face.
My attention copied hers and soon enough I was paying close notice to every face looking up to us. Among the multitude I saw a flash of long, raven hair, moving fast and striking some of the men and women attending to witness the departure of the Titanic. A Same aged girl with long blonde hair tied up followed her close, running as fast as she could to try to catch up with her, and hardly succeeding as she a few backs strapped to her back and in her hands.
They were disappearing from sight and I soon found myself with my sister's arm tightly around my arm, trying to pull me back – "Now who is trying to jump off?" – she joked, as I realized I was imitating her similar posture of a couple of minutes ago. I composed myself as fast as I could; paying quick glances around to see if anyone had noticed.
- "Such an un-lady like behavior kaki. What would mom say?" Sofi joked, turning back her attention to the enthusiastic search for Uncle George.
My mind, however, stayed fixed in the place I'd last seen the running young lady and her friend.
- "Look! There he is, Camila! I found him!" My eyes darted to where my sister was pointing at, and eagerly waved to my Uncle who had been right in front of our noses the whole time.

" this one? " Shawn asked pulling a painting out of the wooden travel crate.
" No" - i responded as we were looking for a certain painting. upon my travel's from Europe, i had collected a few painting's along the way. but the thought of having to wait the boat ride home to open and glance at them was much to much me.
" It had a lot of faces on it Shawn." i said still sifting through a few painting's. " Oh this is the one Mr Mendes." i smiled taking out a lively painting of many colorful figures across the canvas.
