Five ; Deception

"Do what?" I exclaimed as the words left Patrick's lips. I turned my head to face Gerard, whose face was turning a bright red; probably anger.

"Frank fucking Iero." Were the only words I heard Gerard say before his hand slapped me across my face, the sting harsh.

Tears threatened to come as I watched the hurt on Gerard's face. It was irrelevant in this moment that he loved me.

"How /DARE/ you lie to me about you being a bully victim. Thanks for pulling a sob story." He said before walking away. Turning on my heel, only one thought ran through my head at that moment: find Pete.

Pushing through the lunch crowd, I didn't stop until someone grabbed me by my shoulders, and by then, I was sobbing so much I didn't quite understand why, but I flinched.

"Frankie?" Pete's voice sounded in my ears, and I melted against his chest. He wrapped his strong arms around me, holding me as I cried.

"What happened, Frank?" He asked, pulling back and holding me at arms length.

"S... Someone told Patrick that I was the one bullying Gabe Saporta and Andy Hurley, and he told Gerard... And Gerard slapped me." I cried, and suddenly, I could feel the anger radiating throughout him.

"Watch him." He shouted to Mikey, and left him.

Pete's POV:

All I knew in that moment was that I was going to give Gerard a piece of my mind.

He had /NO/ right to treat Frank the way he did. Who the hell did he think he was?

I could hear Frank in the background, hollering for me, but I went on going.

I even asked around for Gerard Way.

Eventually, about 5 minutes later, I spotted him.

"Hey, douchebag!" I hollered, and Gerard turned around. When he seen me, terror shone in his eyes, but he stopped dead in his tracks.

Once I reached him, though, my hand grabbed for his shirt and I slammed him against the locker.

"What's the idea, fucker? Hurting Frank? LAYING YOUR FUCKING HANDS ON HIM?!" I shouted. Gerard shrunk back. "He's bullied enough without your input. Damn, he even TRUSTED you."

I shook my head. "Don't you even come fucking near him again."
