After an.... Interesting breakfast, I decided that if I was really going to stay here, I should be more familiar with my surroundings. More importantly, it was time to see what the outside world was like. When I had spoken to Arthur earlier, he hadn't thought it to be a good idea as he wasn't exactly sure if I was safe. But I assured him that it was unlikely that anyone would know who I was.

I stepped out of the carriage with Nanna by my side, the market place that we were out was a few miles away from the palace and just like the Duke of Cornwall had said, it was very crowded. Carriages were demanding to push through the tight roads, and the large amount of people suggested that it must be some sort of shopping season.

"For such a small country, England does have a large population of people who like to shop." I said to Nanna.

After looking at many stalls, I wished to see some more of the fabric stalls whilst Nanna wanted to have a look at the livestock stalls. Wearily, she agreed to have a quick look at the stalls as long as I didn't drift too far off.

Wanting her to finally have  a break after being here, I agreed to her request.

The fabrics here in England had a much more softer touch to them compared to the strong impressions that the clothing in Arabia left on people. I don't know why but the English touch seemed to be growing on me.

Guilt flooded over me as I felt that it was like I was forgetting home, I wasn't really doing anything to help the Duke of Cornwall, there must be something that I could do to find whatever family I had left.

Staring into space is where Lord Bromley seemed to have found me.

"Lady Aria?" He said in his infamous monotone.

"Oh! Lord Bromley, sorry." I was certain a blush had crept up my face from the embarrasement. "It seemes I probably haven't slept as much as I should have."

Without saying anything, Lord Bromley carried on observing me, like I was a facinating object. No one really had ever looked at me this intensely. It was almost annoying, but there was something about his stare that caught my attention; his eyes were truly a stormy grey, something I had never seen before  "I don't know if this applies in England, but it's rude to start Lord Bromley."

A ghost of a smirk could be seen on his face, and again he chose not to respond.

"Are you staying at the palace? I did not see you at breakfast this morning." I asked, hoping to make some polite conversation.

"Yes, I am, but I had to leave early this morning for some buisness, and was unable to attend breakfast with everyone else."

"Oh, well your presence was missed." I probabaly shouldn't have said that....

"Really?" He said, vaguely amused at this fact.

"Yes, I'm sure I heard her Majesty ask where you were." I said, trying my best to cover up my tracks.

"Is it now? I was sure I had told her that I wouldn't be able to attend her breakfast."

"She must have forgotten," I said rather too quickly.

Bromley turned to look at the collection of fabrics, and seemed like he was about to say something. I noticed that today he looked quiet different to the lavish clothing he had been wearing last night. His shoulders looked broader- somehow, in his more relaxed clothing.

"The Queen herself has her fabrics brought from some of these stalls, but I bet the fabrics in Arabia are much more luxurious than these." He said grabbing an emerald green silk that was very similar to the dress I had worn last night.
