Chapter Nineteen === The Kiss of Hatred PART 2

[Your Pov]

I walk into the house to pure silence, then I hear thumping on the stairs. I walk over to see Katelyn dragging her bags down the stairs.

"Blueberry, what are you--"

"I can't deal with this..."

"Hear me out, please." I touch her shoulder, only to have my hand slapped away.

"I don't have to hear anything from-"

"Stop being stubborn and please just LISTEN." I sternly spoke, frustrated and afraid.

She jumps from my loud words and looks at me, "I'll give you 2 minutes."

I quickly gather my words.

"I was at the beach, just chilling when that guy came up to me and---" I gulped, "THAT happened..."

She rose a brow.

"I promise Blu, I would never, never, NEVER EVER do that on purpose!" I grabbed her hands, "Please, forgive me!"

It was silent.

She looked at me, "He kissed you?"

"Yes! I promise!" Tears flew down my cheeks, I was afraid...

She looked at her feet for a bit, then pounced onto me in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry for not trusting you!" She cried into my shoulder.

"It's okay, Blu... I would've thought the same..."

She lovingly looked into my eyes, tears falling down her beautiful cheeks. She gave me a long, loving kiss. 

After some more kisses and hugs, we walked, hand-in-hand, to the beach. The guy, of course, was still sitting there. He looked up at me, smirking. But once he spotted Katelyn, his smirk turned into a frightened expression. 

The guy stood and backed up, "I-It was a simple mistake!" He stuttered, keeping his distance. 

I took a step up, holding up my fist - but Katelyn held her hand in front of me, stopping me from harming him. I gave a confused look until she stormed up to the guy, punching him square in the face. 

He flew backward, landing on the ground with a bloody nose.

"This is my woman, bish." And she spat on him.

Damn.
