Katelyn's hands covered my eyes as questions filled my head.

"Keep them closed," I heard Katelyn rush somewhere close then she stood in front of me "Okay, open"

I open my eyes as I notice that she held a paper, it was yellow, with cutesy decorations framing the notes.

"Surprise!!!" She says, sounded excited.

Then, I notice the word 'Adoption' fly across the top of the page.

"Do you mean---?" I take the paper gently.

"Yes," Katelyn smiles excitedly "All you need to do is sign the paper and she's ours!"

I smile as tear drops fall down my cheeks.

I immediately grab a pen and sign the page, handing it back to Katelyn.

"What's her name?" I asked curiously.

Katelyn smiles "Madison"

"What a beautiful name" I hug Katelyn and smile wide "I can't wait to meet her"
