The concert is today.
I've been getting mixed feelings about tonight, and I didn't sleep all that well because I wasn't expecting this to happen.
Annie is friends with One Direction.
I could be friends with One Direction. Couldn't I?
What if I embarrass myself? That will be horrible. And I have a tendency to do that. But I won't. My Grandmom taught me well on being a proper lady. But I'm still clumsy. And exceptionally graceful at that. I just really hope I don't make a fool of myself. "Are you going to stop staring at the wall Madie, or are you just going to fantasize the whole day?" Annie asks me while I shake my head to rid my nerves.
"Sorry. I'm just nervous because I'm meeting the biggest boy band in the world. For the whole night. Including first row seats. And my friend is friends with them. Wait a second, how close are you with them exactly?" I ask while bursting out all my thoughts in one breath.
"Well, I told you my mum babysat Harry when we were kids, and I actually worked at the same bakery Harry worked at before the whole X Factor thing. Then he sent me tickets to the concerts and everything then I met the rest of the group and I've kinda known them since." She says.
"Are you kidding me?" I asked in awe.
"Uhhh... No? See this is why I don't tell anyone Madelyn!" Annie said.
"I'm sorry! But I've never met celebs before so this is all new to me. I don't even know how I'm supposed to act? Like am I supposed to have good manners and be all proper?" I ask.
"Just be yourself Madelyn. They will like you a lot. So no worries." My best friend tells me with a reassuring smile.

"Thanks Jeffery!" Annie called out before we both hop out of the limo and head towards the building where the concert is held at. "Are you ready?" Annie says to me while taking my hand for support as we walk up the steps.
"I guess," and I let out a breath I was holding for quite a while. When we reach the top of all the stairs inside the building, we meet with two big, muscular guys blocking an entrance.
"Names?" The taller one asks us.
"Annie Collins, and Madelyn Shields?" Annie says to the man with an ear piece that seams to mumble something while putting his hand up to his ear and ushering us back towards the stage.
"Right this way." He says while Annie and I follow suit behind him behind the stage.
"Annie!" Someone yells from behind us, making me, Annie and the security guy turn around to see a boy with random tattoos, an insanely perfect mop of curls on his head, held back with a bandanna. "I didn't know you were actually coming!" He says while taking her in for a hug.
I think she mumbles a "Hey Harry," but the sound is muffled since she's sandwiched between his arms and chest. He let's her go only for a second while four others come around the corner to greet their friend.
"Hey Annie!" The four guys say. While taking turns giving her hugs.
"Hey guys!" She says back while they hug her while I'm 5 feet away from the reunion fest, standing awkwardly with my hands behind my back. I don't know what the heck I'm supposed to do. "Oh! Sorry guys! This is my best friend Madelyn. Madelyn, this is Harry, Zayn, Niall, Louis, and Liam." She says going in a line from left to right. I nod to them with a small smile because I am still frozen in my spot on the cement ground.
"Hi, I'm Zayn," the one to Harry's left says while extending his hand out for me to shake.
"I'm Niall," the blonde one says.
