Just Business

"Wait, what do you mean." I asked shocked. "He's in a gang." Paris said.
"Has he killed anyone?" I asked hoping for the answer no.
"No but him and his gang has jumped a lot of people in the past and put people in the position to where they almost have." Kharis said.
"And how did y'all know all this?" I asked sitting forward in my chair.
"Yeaaah, we're in a gang too..." Paris scratched the back of her head making a face as she spoke.
"Who's the leader?" I looked at all of them as they kept silent, "I think he should tell you himself." Jayden said playing with his hair I was in between shocked and mad. They were right, he is dangerous but one thing came to mind.
"So, if yall in one gang and they in another and y'all don't like em, you must be rival gangs?" I said putting the pieces together.

"Correct! Finally you got something right!" Kharis said earning a look from Paris
"Okay so if yall in a gang why is yall brother travis in Montey gang?" I asked.
"Girl Montey ain't in no gang." Paris said laughing.
"Then why did he come with us to Montey's celebration party? Maybe I should just be quiet." I said.
"Nah nah keep talking." Kharis said moving the settings of her bed so that she was sitting up. "He was in the car with Montey and I when we went to temptation." I said confused.
"He told me not to say something bout y'all to Montey, but I assumed you all already knew."

"But he wouldn't even let us be in this gang so why would he be in..." Paris stopped.
"He didn't want us to be in the gang cause he in the opposite." Kharis finished, flopping back on the bed before she said, "If anybody find out Travis could die." Paris had tears in her eyes and so did Kharis, but Paris wasn't just sad she was angry, furious, she got up rubbing her chest.
"Babe, sit down." Teo said grabbing her, she ripped herself out of his grip. "Don't touch me! And if anybody in this room rat him out it will be problems." We all nodded as she went in the bathroom and slammed the door. "Imma go and inform Chris about this, Is that okay?" I asked grabbing my bag. "Yea go ahead." Kharis said. "Teo go with her." Jayden said. "Alright come on an uber is outside waiting" I said exiting the door. We walked out the hospital and got in the car. The driver drove us to Chris's place, I ran out as soon as we got there. We headed up to his room and banged on the door.

He opened up the door so fast I banged on his chest a little but he grabbed my wrist before I hit him. "What's going on?" Chris looked over at Teo. "The twins, they brother Travis can we come in?"
Chris let us in, we all sat on the couch. Chris was a little bit on edge, "so what's going?"
I stood up and looked at Chris, "Travis is apart of Montey gang." I told him everything I knew and his face read that he had to tell me something, "look I know this all is crazy but it's ight. And I have to tell you something.." Chris said looking down. "Awe don't tell me you in the gang too!" I said shaking my head.
"I am, in the leader. Did you tell Montey about the fight you and the twins had?" Chris asked. "Yeah why?" I asked.
"Nothing don't worry about it, look STAY here. We will be back let's go T." Chris said putting things in a bag.

"No you ain't leaving me take me with you." I said as I grabbed Chris arm. Teo pulled me back, "you don't need to see this." Chris picked up the bag and kissed me on my forehead then left with Teo me being stupid I followed after them and hid in the back seat. I stayed quiet as possible as they started up the car I couldn't believe they aint see me.
"I know you're here Kianna." Chris said looking back at me, I sat up in the seat and put on my seat belt. "If you're staying you can't freak out and you keep your ass in this car." I nodded knowing damn well I'll get out.

We pull up on the corner a street and Chris parked there, "where we at?" I asked scared.
"Don't worry bout it since she came Teo stay here in the car with her." Chris got out and locked us in the car. Teo turned on Bluetooth and blasted his music.

Meanwhile, (Chris's point of view.)

I walked mad as hell, I know Montey was the one who shot the twins who else would have? Imma confront this nigga and let him know don't fuck with me.
I banged on his door, after two minutes of waiting outside I kicked the door opened and looked for him in the house. The last room I saw had to be his room. I opened the door and saw him in the bed watching a movie with a girl.
"Get yo ass up! Now!" I said holding up a gun.
The girl stayed in the bed scared holding up her hands.
"Fuck you want Chris." Montey said getting up.
Chris pushed him against the wall and punch him repeatedly until his mouth got bloody.
"You shot Paris and Kharis ain't you?" I said holding the gun to his head.
"Why would I tell you?" He said smiling.
Chris punched him again demanding an answer.
"Yes I did. What you gon do, and yo I hear you smashing Kianna now. How is that shit ain't it good." He said laughing.
"I remember when I got sum she was just screaming for this." Montey said laughing.
Montey kicked me on the floor and starting punching me. He busted my lip, he got back up and just looked over me. I tripped him back on the ground and punch him in the face 5 times until I saw multiple bruises come up. I left him on the ground and returned back to the car, I wiped my mouth off and got in.

Back to Kianna's POV

I saw Chris walking back to us, he looked hurt. He got in the car and sat back in his seat in relief.

I sat up and looked at Chris, he had a bloodly lip. I grabbed his face, "what happen Chris?" He shook his head, "nothing I'm good." I held his face still and wiped off some of the blood." "See man you should have let me came, I want to beat his ass, he hurt my girl." Teo said getting out the car. Chris reached out and pulled him by the back of the shirt, "if you don't get in this car right now I'll have you looking like Montey." He rolled his eyes and got back in the car mad as hell. Wait Chris fought Montey?

"Why you fight Montey?" I said worried.
"HE SHOT THE TWINS KIANNA!" Teo yelled. "DONT YOU FUCKING GET ANYTHING STOP BEING STUPID AND FUCKING THINK!" Teo said banging his fist against the door.
"How the hell you think they got in the hospital?" Teo asked looking at me with his eyes tearing up.
"Chill man." Chris said grabbing my hand, "Listen, Montey shot the twins because he heard about y'all fight." Chris said starting the car. "So it's my fault?" I said letting go of his hand.
Teo mumbled something under his breath while Chris sighed, "not really you didn't know."
I sat back in the seat, Teo was crying and frustrated. Like if you said one word to him he would blow and honestly, I was scared of him. I thought about everything that happened, it was my fault that the twins was in the hospital.
"Can you drop me off at the hospital i need Paris." Teo said he covered his face with his hand and his right leg was shaking, "yea" Chris drove off to the hospital.

Teo was hurting, the love of his life was in the hospital because of me. I don't blame him for yelling at me, I wiped off my eyes.

All I could replay in my head is all the events that happened since I got here the only good thing that happened was my friends, and I lost them all..
