MADDISON

I woke up the next morning to an empty bed, a large teddy bear and a note. I yawn and walk over to the note and let my eyes adjust and read the note and smile.

"I left around eleven and you were still asleep so I didn't wake you up. I got you a teddy bear and snuck it inside while your mom was downstairs. Anyways, have a good day at school, just distance yourself from those guys. They'll apologize sooner or later. I love you Mads and text me when you wake up so I know you aren't dead." I laugh quietly and look at my phone and it read five forty.

I send Colson a quick hey I'm not dead text before getting ready for school. I put on an all black distressed skinny jeans, an all black sleeveless hoodie with holes in it and black combat boots. I grab my helmet and walk down stairs and saw my mom in the kitchen drinking coffee. She almost choked when she saw me.

"Since when do you wake up early? It just now hit six fifteen." She says and I shrug

"I dunno." I say and she walks up to me

"You okay?" She asks and I nod

"Perfectly fine mom. It's okay." I reassure and gave her a kiss on the cheek before heading out

As soon as I got to school I walk inside and got my things for class when Liam walks up to me with a smile and I look at him.

"Hey Mads."

"Liam why won't you leave me alone?"

"Honestly, I have no idea. Hayden says I see you as an older sister and I'm like the annoying little brother." He says and I chuckle and close my locker.

"I see that." I say and a kid walks up to Liam

"Hey Mason this is Maddison." Liam says and I look at Mason

"Hey." He says and I nod

"Liam, tell you friends to leave me alone, kay?" I ask and he looks confused but I walk off without explaining

As the day dragged on, I just hung out in the library either reading mythology books looking for what I am or just relaxing. That's how my days went for a whole week until I started to get back pains. I knew it wasn't my period, but I don't know what it is. I sitting in the library playing with a pencil when I felt someone walk up to me. In a burst of energy from sudden anger, I stand up and grabbed the person by their throat and I saw it was Stiles. I glared daggers into him and threw him and he was sent flying.

Shocked by the sudden outburst of anger and strength, I took a few steps back. Stiles struggled to stand up and I look around and saw Scott, Maliah, Liam and Lydia. I race out the library and ran straight towards my motorcycle. I didn't care that I left my helmet and raced off, the others following behind me. I start to go a little bit over one hundred and went straight to this woodsy area Theo and I found a few days ago. I get off my motorcycle and ran. I hid until they gave up.

SCOTT

I came up with a plan to stay in the forest with Liam to look for her. We scooped out the area and once it got around midnight we hear a yell. We ran to the yell and found Maddison laying on the ground, her back arched. We could hear bones snapping and moving and couldn't help but shudder.

THEO

I watched Maddison run into the woods I showed her a few days ago and followed her. I watched as she collapsed to the ground yelling in pain. I could hear her bones and new it was her first time shifting. I hear footsteps and hid and saw Scott and Liam run up. They didn't see me and I made sure it stayed like that.

SCOTT

I saw large black wings burst from her back and horns sprout from her head. She stood up and her green piercing eyes illuminated in the dark. I hear Maliah yell my name and I look behind me and saw Stiles, Lydia, Liam and Maliah walking up to us. I turn around and saw Maddison stand right in front of me and both Liam and I jump and fall back before scrambling to our feet.
