Family While like most RainWings, Raven doesn't know his mother or father. Using the venom test though, he did find his uncle Kiwi. Raven's only other family are his seven ravens: Nightlock, Poe, Quill, Ink, Maya, and two others who's names I cannot remember

Abilities Normal RainWing things, although he is wingless. Raven has an abnormally long tail, thought to make up for his lack of wings

Personality Raven is a quiet fellow. He is very pleasant, but doesn't talk as much, considering he grew up with not many to talk to. He is very thoughtful, and likes to write a lot, and occasionally draw

Back story

(This is also still in the time of the War of SandWing succession)

Raven lived his life as a mostly normal RainWing. He grew up a little outside the main village, a bit outcast because of his winglessness (turns out RainWings are HELLA superstitious). He spent his young life alone, selling fruit that he gathered throughout the day.
One evening, as he was taking a bit longer to pick some ripe bananas, a flash of black caught his eyes. It was a color he didn't see often, so sleek and pristine. Leaflet (his name at the time) went down to investigate, to find a NightWing who had come in the night to hunt.
Her name was Blackbird. The RainWing was immediately enamored, especially with her colors.
Blackbird was surprised to see a RainWing out so late.

"How can you be such shiny colors?" He had asked
Blackbird replied "I'm the colors of a raven. Most NightWings are"
"What's a raven?"
"A black bird. It looks black from far away, but there are other colors in their feathers if you look hard enough."
"What colors?"
"Like purple, blue, green, sometimes red. "
"Oh I like those those colors!!" Leaflet smiled. Seeing a scroll case on her hip, he pointed to it. "What's that?"
"Oh it's a uhh. A place where I keep my scroll."
"Scroll?"
"You've never heard of a scroll?"
Leaflet shook his head. Blackbird looked mortified.
"Take it." She'd said, taking the case with the scroll inside and hanging the strap from the RainWing's neck. With that, she slipped away with her hunt.

Leaflet liked the name of the bird with such pretty black colors, and named himself Raven. Since then he's tried his best to replicate the NightWing's colors that night. He taught himself to read, and now lives as a writer, scribbling his thoughts on scrolls he makes himself.
