Dying While in Love

     Sorry for the late update. I've been really busy with school and sports.   

     Rian is at home enjoying her slowly dying life. Well, it's not that bad, but she knows it's going to happen some time. She was sitting in her room and she got a text from Tyler. Her day got better and she got happy. "Hey. I heard you got cancer. Are you ok!" Rian smiled and quickly replied,"Why are all of your texts apologetic!" Rian was waiting patiently for him to reply. She finally got a message from Tyler,"I know u are going through a lot right now, but I was wondering if u would like to go out sometime." Rian got the biggest smile on her face and she jumped off her bed and danced around like a crazy person. She had to take a few seconds to take in the best words in her life! Rian finally calmed her self down and replied,"😊I would love too! You know I've liked you for the longest time!" She regrets sending that part, but you know, it's her only opportunity. "Yeah, I've liked you too. I've gone to that nationals for five years and you've always caught my eye!" Rian blushes. She's never been this happy before! "Well, I'm glad we finally got the chance to get to know each other." She finally calmed down and sat back down on her bed. She was happier than that one time she went to Disney Land and Mickey Mouse took her to the front of the line of Tower of Terror. Tyler texted back," So where do you want to go and when?" Rian thought of this for a moment and said back,"I was thinking pizza or the movies. And what about Friday night?" "I think we could do both! Movie first and pizza after. And yeah, Friday sounds great!" Rian goes down stairs and tells her mom what she is doing on Friday. Her mom gives her a worried look and says,"You barely know this boy. Are you sure you want to do this?" Rian thought of that for a moment and finally says,"Mom, I've liked him for the longest time. This is my opportunity to live my life!" Her mom looked at her. She didn't want to upset her so she said,"Fine! But, make sure nothing happens. Or you'll get in trouble!" Rian smiled and gave her mom a big hug. "Thank you!" "Anything for my little girl!"
