My chosen one

A week has already passed

It's been a week already, since i started college and i must say it's been fun so far. A lot has happened this week. Yesterday we went to the movies; me, Aidan, Maddison and a few friends, Justin couldn't come because he had lots of work to do. I think mum is really happy that i have lots of friends, she was very helpful during the times that Alexis moved.

The movie took about two hours and then after, we went to pizza hut, where i had one slice of pepperoni pizza, a bowl of salad and a bottle of water, Aidan had  a few slices of vegetarain pizza as he is vegetarian, maddison had pepperoni pizza and a diet coke and the rest had pizzas and diet and salads, basically they had what they wanted.

Maddison is such a joker, she practically made everyone of us laugh by telling us weird random jokes. she's very nice and over the week we've gotten quite close as friends,  something i desperatly need now that, Alexis is like thosands of miles away. Aidan and i have become close as friends too and maybe even more. I seriously think i'm falling for him, well who wouldn't; he's got all the package, there's everything there. I've never actually had a boyfriend you know and its not because of mum, i just don't think about that. Aidan is cute, with that hair of his so brown and soft, not that i'd know because i so haven't touched it.

After the movies, food and everything everyone found their ways and means home; Maddison took a taxis home with this girl and boy whose names i don't even remember and the rest decided to go watch another movie. I decided to go home as it was getting really late and Aidan offered to walk me home. I couldn't argue with that, so we walked to the bus stop and waited for the bus as it was getting quite dark to walk and also because it was going to be a very long walk, we couldn't be bothered to walk, to tell the truth i couldn't be bother to walk, Aidan was up to it though but i suggested the bus.

The bus shelter was empty when we got there. I took a seat and so did Aidan. We talked about our first week at college and also about justin, a subject i brought up.

Aidan surprised me by suddenly asking me a question; one that i so didn't have an answer to.

'so what future career are you thinknig of getting into? he asked. I didn't know what to say to this because i actually had no clue what kind of job i wanted to do when i was older. I'm seventeen, i'll be eighteen soon and i have no clue about that. Mum keeps asking me about this but no one apart from her,Teachers and Alexis has ever asked me this. I had to answer him, so i did.' i really do't know what career i'm into', i replied. it took quite a while before he replied and all through the silence, i was wondering what he was thinking; probably that, i'm a loser. His answer took me by surprise.

Well me too, Sarah, i don't even know why i decided to go to college'. That was a relieve, here i was thinking, he was thinking i was a loser. Well i guess that makes two of us.

After that weird topic, we didn't talk that much. I guess each of us had something to think about and couldn't be bothered to talk.

The bus came and we went aboard. Aidan paid for our fare and we took our seats at the front of the bus with me next to the window and Aidan next to me. There weren't that much people on the bus, so it was really quite. Aidan broke the silence.

'Do you want to listen to music with me? he asked getting out his ipod. I said yes and he passed an ear phone; I put it in my ear and heard a familar song, written in th stars by Tinie Tempah was playing, one of my favorite songs.

'I listen to music when i need to think about stuff, he said.' Does it help? i asked.

'Oh! sometimes, it does he said. I was glad the silence was gone and we were finally having conversation again, i can't believe that career question made us both go silent.

It was getting late and late by every second on the bus. The mall where the cinema and other shops are is far from where i live, so the bus ride was long but it was amazing. Sharing an ear phone with Aidan,  he was very nice that he even played my requested songs, like baby by Justin Bieber.

The bus got to a new bus shelter, which is not far from my house. Aidan could have carried the bus ride home but didn't.

Why are you getting off? i asked hime once the bus came to a stop.

'Because i said i'll walk you home and this is not your house is it?

'No! i said but i can walk home from here. Aren't your parents going to wonder where you are cause, it's like nearly 11.00.

' Nah! it's cool, they don't mind!

And with that he got of with me and we started walking to my house. As we got to my front door, i said good bye to Aidan and turned to walk inside as i wanted to get inside, get ready to sleep before mum got home from work, she was working late today. she'd be furious if she came and i wasn't in.

Aidan seemed not to have moved as i turned, he was still standing where i left him.  I notice this when i got a text from him saying to turn around, by this time i was getting redy to unlock the front door. I turned and there he was.

'Why are you still there i asked? in a way not to sound mean.

'Because i forgot to give you this he said, taking steps closer to where i was. And as he got close, i wondered what it was he had to give me. I didn't see him holding anything.  He was very close at this second, he bent down and kissed me gently on my forehead. It was a smooth, gently touch but that was enough to send the butterflies in my stomach in a rag. Its only been a week since i met this boy and here i was crushing badly on him. I have had crushes in the past but none of them seemed to last past a week because the next time i saw a boy and i liked him,  the other one was history.

With such a kiss from such a boy i was on top of the world.

'Goodnight Sarah and sweet dreams. see you tomorrow, he said before walking off back to the bus stop. I was so happy, just because of the kiss even though it was just on the forehead. I haven't been kissed before and well i knbow it was just on the forehead but that was the most passionate kiss i have ever been given. I went to bed and had the most amazest dream ever.

In my dream i was in this field with lots and lots of flowers all around me. it was so sweet, i was smelling a flower, when suddenly someone came behind me and wrapped their hands around me and when i turned it was Aidan. i was woken up by my mum voices, telling me to get ready  for college. I don't even know  when she got home last night. she interupted my dream, oh well! I still remember the lovely part.

Might wanna get ready for college before i'm late, i seriously don't want to get a detention on the first day of my second week at college, so uncool!
