MADIS POV

Today was Jonas and I's last day together. Which really sucked. Even though I'm low key surprising him in a few weeks. We both woke up and I help him pack his stuff. He grabbed his vlog camera as we both headed out the door.

"Okay guys so I am sadly leaving my baby." He frowned.

He set the camera on his car to where they could see us.

"I don't wanna leave." He frowned

"I'll see you soon babe. Don't worry!" I kissed him on the nose.

He hugged me "I love you."

"I love you too."

He kissed me on the lips and grabbed his camera. He put his stuff in the car.

He hugged me once more "I guess I'll get going."

"Sucks that you have to but you have tour to worry about. Don't worry baby I promise we'll see each other again." I said

"Bye Madi. I love you!"

"Bye Jonas. I Love you too." I smiled and waved

He got in his car and drove off. I sighed there he goes. I watched as his blue car disappeared in the distance. My eyes started to water a little bit.

"No! Madi! Stop! You're surprising him in a few weeks! Don't cry!" I said to myself

I walked back inside and laid down. My bed felt empty. I then got on Snapchat and snapped a picture of my ceiling and captioned it "my baby's gone :("

After that I looked at everyone's snaps. I then got to Jonas'. It was a video of him.

"What's up everybody I am now driving home after a fun week with my girlfriend so I'll post when I get home!" He said

After being on social media for a good hour I got up and got ready for dance. My parent got home early last night. They weren't supposed to but they did.

I walked over to my dresser and opened it up to get my dance clothes out. I put them on top. Once I looked up I saw an old photo. It was the last picture I had ever taken with my twin sister.

I sighed "I miss you so much."

I quickly changed and went over to my vanity to do my hair. After I did I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth.

"Madi!" My mom knocked

"Yes?" I said

"You ready?"

"Yes ma'am" I grabbed my stuff and ran downstairs.

We both got into the car and she drove out the driveway.

"So. Jonas left today huh?" She said

"Yeah. But he doesn't know about me surprising him in New York so he was sad to leave." I said

"Nice necklace. Where'd you get it?" She said

I looked down at my neck and I realized I was still wearing it. The only times I've taken it off has been to take a shower. "Oh Jonas gave it to me."

"Aww. He's such a sweet kid. Sucks that he lives a thousand miles away."

"Yeah but we've gotten through it so far."

"Thats lovely sweetie. I want the best for you." She said

"But honestly I could never do long distance. You never know if the person is cheating on you if you live a thousand miles apart." She said

My stomach sank to that word. Cheating.

"But Jonas is a sweet guy so he would never!" I said

"I know but teenagers. Th-"

"You shouldn't be the one to judge." I interrupted her.

I got out of the car and walked inside. I went into the dressing room and sat down.

"Hey mad- you good? You look like you needa rant." Aspen said

"Yes I need to rant ughh! My mom! She made me mad! She thinks since Jonas and I live a thousand miles away he would cheat! She's not the one to judge! She did that to my real dad! That's why I can't see my twin sister ever again! I swear sometimes she makes me wanna! Ugh I don't even know!"

"Woah woah Madi!" Aspen said

I sighed and took off my shoes. "Sorry. I just. I miss her. And Jonas. But Jonas would never do that. Right?"

"I hope not!"

"Maybe I'm just taking this out of proportion."

"Yeah. You needa break. You seen tense." She said

I put on my dance shoes. "Yeah. I am."

Another good day of rehearsals. I walked out of the studio and my step dad was waiting outside for me.

"Where's mom?" I asked

"Working." He said

"Oh."

We both got in the car. "So um you're mom told me what happened this morning."

"Oh yeah. About that. I didn't mean if. I-"

"It's okay Madi. She knows that you are stressed about what's coming up. She just didn't expect you to say that."

"I didn't either."

"She loves you Madi. And she knows she made a mistake. She won't ever do it again."

"I know." I smiled
