Genral POV. August 1st, 2028.
The gang is 29 years old. They've all graduated and have entered the real world. Let's find out what our favorite couples are doing now.
Zay and Isadora. They moved in together at the age of 21. A couple of weeks after of their two year anniversary. Zay proposed to her at their four year anniversary.
A year later, Zay and Isadora got married on October 12th, 2024. Isadora announced she was 6 weeks pregnant. Eight months later, on June 16th, 2025, Emma Rose Babineaux was born. When Emma was 4 months old, Zay and Isadora moved to California.
Riley and Farkle. They moved in together before sophomore year started. 3 years later, during graduation, Farkle proposed to Riley.
On March 1st, 2021, Riley and Farkle got married. Two months later, Riley announced she was pregnant. On January 18th 2022, Kira May Minkus was born.
Two years later, Riley announced that she was pregnant. It was just a couple weeks after her two year anniversary with Farkle when she announced it. On December 11th, 2024, Jake Thomas Minkus was born.
AN: By the way, Emma and John are five. Kira is seven. The twins are ten.
And finally, our golden couple, Lucas and Maya. Last time you saw them, they were married with their five month olds, Mason and Madison.
Three years later, Maya found out she was pregnant again. When she told everyone, it was Christmas Eve, she was two months pregnant.
On July 8th 2021, John (or Johnny) Xavier Friar was born. Four years later, they moved to California with Zay and Isadora. Zay said Isadora lived right across from Lucas and Maya.
Maya's POV
"I miss them, you guys." I said to Lucas, Zay, and Isadora.
"We know you do." Isadora replied.
"That's all you talked about since Riley didn't answer your FaceTime call a month ago." Zay said.
"Guys, come on. She misses her best friend. Zay, don't act innocent. I saw you crying with a picture of you and Farkle last week." Lucas said.
Me and Isadora laughed.
"Maya, you were just whining about missing them." Zay said.
"I know. Yours is just funnier." I replied.
"Mom, can you tell the new neighbors to quiet down?" Mason asked as four kids came into the living room.
"I can't tell the neighbors to quiet down a construction." I replied.
"Can you tell them to wait till tomorrow? I'm losing at Mario Kart because of the noise." Madison said.
"Why don't you just admit that you suck at video games?" Mason asked.
"I don't suck." Madison replied.
"Gotta agree with Mason. You suck." John said to Madison.
"Don't listen to them, Madison. You're great at video games. Remember, feminist power." Emma said.
"Feminist power." Madison replied as the four kids went back into Mason and John's room.
"Why is your seven year old son such a smart mouth?" Zay asked.
"Why does your five year old daughter already know the definition of feminist?" I fired back.
All of a sudden, the construction noise stopped and there was a knock on the door.
The four of us went to the door as I opened it.
"Hi, I'm Riley Minkus." The girl said.
"I'm Farkle Minkus." The guy said.
"These are our two children." Riley said.
"Kira and Jake." Farkle said.
"And we're your new neighbors." The four of them said.
The four of us hugged them. When I hugged Riley, I didn't want to let go.
"You're here." I said as I broke the hug.
"Me and Farkle thought we were just going to visit. Then we talked and decided to move." Riley said.
I didn't say anything. I just hugged her again.
People ask me what's the best part about the real world.
I tell them this,
The real world gives you memories that you will never forget.
