Young Justice

They were always having so much fun.

Meghan was making dinner. Kidflash was speeding along running with Robin's belt, while Robin was chasing after him. It not like they could see me, I was a ghost. Legit ghost. My father is The Poltergeist, and my mother was a magician. She died when I was born. Today is the naming ceremony for my father to be a fully fledged Justice League member.

The portal started to glow and a computer voice sounded.

"Recognized: The Poltergeist, 666"

Of course his number would be 666. He floated into the room. Behind him, the computer recognized Batman, Superman, Martian Manhunter, and Black Canary. Everybody stopped in their tracks.

"Congratulations!" The all said.

My father is the nicest man-ghost you will ever see or meet. Unlike other poltergeists, he wont harm you. 

"Thank you young people." He said gravely. "Today isn't only my celebration."

"What do you mean, sir?" Meghan asked.

"My daughter, Shift, is going to be joining your team." He said.

They all looked at each other, and then they looked around.

"Where is she?" Robin asked. He snatched his belt back from Kidflash.

Now its my turn to step into this little conversation.

"Im right here." 

They spun around to see nothing. Oops, I forgot I was in my ghostly form.

I made myself seen to all of them. I wore a white cami, a black V-neck, and black stretch pants. I wore   a belt that had my knives and stars hooked onto it. My black, straight hair hung in front of my grey-black eyes. To most boys I was considered pretty, but emo looking.

"Helloooo" Kid said.

"Hi! Im Meghan." She introduced herself.

"Not to be rude or anything, but I know who all you people are. Batman and Superman tested me to see if I could do stealth missions. I've been living here for the past 2 months." I said sheepishly.

They all stared in horror.

"You mean, you have been watching everything?" Superboy said.

"Umm almost everything. Not the things you guys are thinking about."

"Oh, good."

"Well, now that you are acquainted, you can go train, or whatever you guys do." Batman said.

'I enjoy using my powers."

"Lets go then."
