Tessa's POV:

I woke up with a start, looking around at my surroundings. Wait, where am I? I scream, "WHAT THE HELL!"

Immediately thundering of foot steps are heard. I yank on the handcuffs that I just noticed are on my wrists. The door bursts open reviling sexy Alpha dude. Oh him again, this can't be happening.

He looks at me with wide eyes, "Are you ok?" he questions.

I just stare at him. Getting annoyed with my silence he starts to walk towards me. I coward back not wanting him to get any closer. He stops and looks at me for a minute before saying, "What's your name Angel?"

"T-Tessa," I whisper out huskily, clearing my throat I ask "And yours?"

"Jace Williams," he says with a slight smirk.

My mouth falls open, I knew my mate was an Alpha and my brother said he was powerful or whatever but I wasn't really paying attention. I didn't think he was the Alpha of the strongest pack in the continent!

"I'm hungry," I blurt out my cheeks heating up a little

"I'll go get you some food, Princess." he tells me looking into my eyes lovingly.

Once he leaves I set to work on my handcuffs, ok now I have to admit something, I'm a white wolf... so that means that I have some different 'powers' then most wolfs. Like for example I can change my body temperature like right now I'm going to become really hot to melt these handcuffs off. I look at my wrists to see the handcuffs melting off, I grin and get up off the bed. Shaking my hands to get the extremely hot metal off my skin.

I need to go find my brother, I breathe in deeply finding many new sents, my mates, and my brothers off to the right of me. I press my ear to the door checking to see if anyone is out there. Nope, nobody. Well he trusts me more then he should. I quietly open the door and sneak over to where my brothers sent is strongest. I open to door to find my brother heavily making out with some girl. I clear my throat, making them push away from each other quickly, looking at me. The girl looks embarrassed and my brother looks slightly angry with me. 'What are you DOING? Is she your mate? If so we still have to leave he's coming after us!' I mind-link him

'He's after you not me, she is my mate I'm not leaving her. Even if it means letting you go.' he mind-links me back.

I gasp my eyes start to burn, my only family left doesn't want me anymore, he's going to ditch me for his mate.

'Besides I think you should stay with your mate he can protect you and if I join this pack and you join we can still be with each other and you will be protected. You mate is very powerful, Alpha Cane can hurt you here he would be stupid to risk his life and his whole pack for you' my brother mink links me again.

'Well you obliviously don't know him very well do you?' I ask angrily in his head. I look at him madly, I can't believe this! I storm out of the room hearing my brother call after me. That little asshat, I'm not going to stay where I'm not wanted by my own brother. I start to run hearing people coming after me, I run by people and to the front door just as I'm about to be out the door I'm tackled to the floor finding myself underneath Jace.

"Were you going to run away" he growls in my ear.

I just look at him finally getting a good look at how good he looks and the position we are in makes me think dirty thi- No! I can't think that he might get hurt because of me. No I can't do that to him or his pack.

He growls bending down and starts to nibble on my neck. "I can smell your arousal, Kitten," he whispers in between kisses.

I moan softly, feeling my walls start to break down one by one.

"I know you want me, you want to stay but it's not safe you think. But I will take care of it all no need to worry. I just need to make sure you don't leave me again." he whispers.

Confused by his words I don't understand what he means until I feel his K9's skimming across the length of my neck, by then it's to late.

I scream in pain and a little pleasure.

He just marked me.

That little fucker isn't going to get away with this.
