POV: Jin
The ringing in my ears won't stop, no matter how hard I try to get it out. It's like somebody is chiming church bells extremely loudly in both ears, and I could feel the vibration afterwards too.The sound felt all too real to just be in my head, but it was killing me and I had no clue how to stop it. I kept grabbing my head, frantically trying to shake the sound out, but nothing worked.
"S-Seokjin? Are you alright? Can you hear me at all?" Jimin shrieked, and I could only let out a small, pathetic whimper in reply.
I could hear him, but it was all fuzzy and blocked so I had to listen really carefully.
"It h-hurts..." I croaked, tugging on my hair until it ripped out.
I could feel my hair loosening on my grip as I pulled, and sense the burning sensation on my scalp afterwards. Seeing my brown hair not be on my head, but all frizzy and messed up in my fist was oddly comforting.
For a second, I even forgot about the constant ringing because my mind was too focused on the burning feeling instead.
I kept on ripping out my hair, as much as I possibly could. The stinging, burning sensation was a feeling like no other, it was so addictive I couldn't possibly stop.
"No please, don't do that, Seokjin! You're hurting yourself, please stop it!" Jimin cried out, grabbing my hands, and making me let go of my loose hair. All of it fell to the floor like bird feathers, swooshing through the wind until it reached the ground.
"No! It's stopping me from thinking about anything else, let me!" I roared back, pulling my hands away from his. "Let go of me, don't touch me!" I screamed, my face boiling up with rage.
"Seokjin, no! You're harming yourself, I don't care what it's doing to make you feel good, it's still bad!" Jimin argued back, this time grabbing my whole body.
"Get off of me!" I tried to shove him back, but he didn't budge. He stood still as a stone. "I said, get off of me Jimin! Leave me be! Just go and finish this stupid, sad excus for a game on your own and leave me here!"
"No! You're pushing me away, stop doing that! Because I'm not going to move! I'm not going to go away and just leave you here like that, not especially when you're in this... this horrible state of mind! You can shove me all you fucking want but I'm staying!"
"Why?!" I yelled even louder, crying. "Just leave!" I turned my head away from him, salty tears rolling down my cheeks.
"I told you to stop pushing me away! I'm not going to move because I c-care about you! So much! Am I n-not allowed to care about you?" he replied, grabbing both sides of my face with his small, chubby hands.
"No! Stop being so nice to me! Stop it, just leave me alone!"
I shrieked, tossing my head in every direction possible. I was such a crying mess, and the ringing in my ears was only getting louder."I'm not going to let you push me away like that because I love you, Kim Seokjin!"
