England's P.O.V.

After I left the meeting, I basically just walked home, sulking in misery. Why misery you may ask? Well because I have just realized something......I have no real friends. There, I said it. Must I repeat it? I will admit, my only friends are my magical ones, which no one else seems to see but me...so technically, they arnt considered real....sigh...

I was about to check my watch to see the time, when some idiot drove over a damn puddle. and yes, it splashed me.

"Bloody hell! Watch were your driving you hopeless moron!" I shook my fist in the air at the car speeding away. My clothes were now wet and sticking to me....great, just great! Why out of all places, was my country the one that is always gloomy and wet.....

"Hey! Iggy! Wait up!" My eyes widened at the familiar voice, panic mode setting in. I cursed under my breath before quickening up my pace. His foot steps seemed to be getting closer extremely fast, so he was probly running, but I didn't dare look behind to check.

I took a sharp turn onto a back road were a small festival sat. That was my key to get away before he finds me and try's to annoy the hell out of me. I quickly squeezed my way in between people, easily blending in with the crowd. I could hear Americas voice echo slightly, still calling out my name. Does that git ever understand that if a person hides from you that they don't want to talk!?

"Excuse me sir, would you like to try our new ice cream sundae?" A women, about in her late 30's asked. She was behind an ice cream stand, one of many in the festival.

I hesitated to answer, glancing around, but finding America no where. "Uh, No thank you ma'am....." She frowned a little before asking the next person that was close enough to hear.

"Sure! But, have you seen a dude with blonde hair and giant bushy eyebrows?" I spun around to see America at the ice cream stand, anxiety filling his eyes. The woman nodded, pointing toward me.

"Dude! There you are!" He began to walk toward me, my heart started to race but my feet wouldn't move. I swear I looked like a red tomato about to pee himself.

America stood in front of me, slightly towering over, his cheerful smile plastered o his face. I swallowed hard, trying to speak but I was too nervous.

"W-why are you here? I thought the meeting was still going on." I started to sweat a little, why was I so nervous?

"Well, Germany called it off, said that nothing was getting done today so...." I watched as he pushed his glasses up, chuckling. "What's wrong Iggy? You look nervous, are you okay?" Damn.

"I-im fine... And stop calling me that!" I growled, turning to walk away. He grabbed my arm, spinning my back to face him again.

"Whooooo dude. I came to find you because we need to talk." I hesitated, but nodded. There was no use, when America wanted something, there was no doubt that he would get it...

We walked out of the festival, heading to my house. As we walked, all I could focus on was him kicking a rock. The whole way there, all he did was kick a rock... I shook my head, walking up to my front door and unlocking it. I swung the open and stepped in, America following closely behind. He shut the door back and followed me into my living room.

"So, what is it that you wanted to discuss?" I sat down on my black leather couch, America sitting on the one opposite from me.

"Sheez, your making it sound like we are talking about something top secret, all I wanted to talk about was earlier at the meeting." I looked down, now embarrassed. I don't know why though, I was talking like any other person would...

"Well then, there is nothing to talk about. What's done is done." I narrowed my eyes at him. "Unless you came to laugh at me some more."

He shook his head no, his dirty blonde hair swaying. "No, I came to say sorry." I sat up straight, confused at what I just heard. "Stop looking at me that way dude, I can say sorry..."

"Its just...wow, I never heard you say sorry to me since..." I trailed off, leaving out the piece of history that ruined my life. He seemed to understand what I was going to say because he nodded in agreement muttering a quiet 'yeah'

"Yeah, well, I also wanted to let you know that I will be staying in a hotel a few blocks away too.."

"What!? Why!?" I jump up from my seat, looking at him dumb founded. "Why arnt you flying back to your own bloody country!?"

"Calm down bro, its only for a few nights. My flight was cancelled and besides, maybe I want to stay and pay a visit to my Iggy!" With that he jumped up and waltz over to me, engulfing me in bone crushing hug. Literally I think I heard a rib crack...

"Alfred..... F. Jones! ...Put me .....down ....this.... instant!"  I screamed between any breath I could possibly get. I could feel my lungs burn for oxygen.

"Opps, sorry Iggy, didn't know how weak you were." I growled as he laughed, patting the dirt off my uniform fiercely. Taking in deep breaths I glared at him, which of course only made him laugh harder.

"Stupid wanker..."
