Turns out I really, really, really do not want to be spending all my time with Sebastian. So far he's quite literally a second Mike. He hasn't stopped annoying, pestering and following me constantly making sexual jokes of some sort and if he hasn't been doing that he's probably around the other side of the pool chatting up some girl who's sunbathing in a skimpy bikini. Of course, how could I have thought much different of a boy that handsome. I am yet to meet a boy who's handsome and a gentleman. Of course I've met many a boy like that, but I mean a boy who looks at me romantically. I know that's not going to happen anytime soon. A heavy huff escapes my lips and I stare aimlessly across the pool to where Sebastian is sat, next to a girl who's trying way to hard. I almost let out a laugh but I know better and I know what respect is. Poor girl. Probably doesn't know any better. My tongue darts out to lick my dry top lip and there's another tap on my hand. I look down and my eyes meet with Hunter's chocolate brown ones.
"Alright babe, time's up my turn." He smirked, I let him lift me off the chair and I gave him a quick hug before heading over to the hut where Gracie was stood ogling over Sebastian.
"Hey Grace, got your eyes on something you like?" I ask nudging her side with my elbow. She shakes her head and looks at me, her mouth basically touching the floor.
"You alright there?" I laugh patting her cheek with my hand. She shakes her head frantically again her blond bob bouncing with every sharp movement of her head. I just roll my eyes playfully at the girl and plonk down onto one of the seats in the hut a loud groan escaping my lips as I hit the cushion on the mini sofa. It feels so good, I chose cushions over plastic any day!
Gracie shoots me a weird look before turning to watch the 'bad boy' flirt more with the chick on one of the sun beds. I ignore her and stretch out on the sofa bending the stuff muscles in my back. Man life as a lifeguard sure is painful. Luckily I love it.

After an hour of sitting in the beach hut trying, and failing, to make a conversation with the star struck Gracie I rise to my feet a scowl etched onto my face. Alright time for the pretty boy to get up off his ass and actually do some work. I stomp out of the beach hut towards where he's sat flexing muscles I didn't even know existed. Since I'm completely blinded by my own rage I don't even notice the person in front of me and I collide with them. I bounce back sliding across the wet tiled floor. I shake my head and quickly scramble to my feet, completely forgetting what I was angry about I walk quickly to the person I walked into. He turns to me with a bashful smile.
"Sorry, ahah, my fault." He says sheepishly his face turning the colour of my swimsuit.
I smile up at him, at least he knows manners.
"No, no it was my fault. Are you ok?" I ask looking at his arm to check for injuries.
"I'm fine, are you ok? You basically ate my arm." He chuckles turning to face me straight on. I nod and tilt my head to look at his face. Definitely handsome, no doubt about that. Brown eyes and blond hair, a combination i've always loved. A small rush of heat explode across my cheek and I turn my head to the side slightly.
"I'm Robyn. You?"
"Danny." He replies.
"How long you here for?"
"A week. You?"
"I work here, rockstar." I laugh gesturing to my swimsuit and the block capital word LIFEGUARD.
"Ah you're a lifeguard, I guess I've suddenly forgotten how to swim." Danny shrugs a playful tone in his voice.
"Well if you're going to drown now you'd have to deal with him," i point to Hunter sat in the life chair, "or him" I gesture towards Sebastian who's now sat with a girl on top of him. "Okay maybe not him." I giggle bring Danny's attention back to me. He had a frown on his face and he looked a little bit disgusted at the display. When his eyes fall on me they soften a little.
"Before you walked into me, happy it happened by the way, why were you so angry? Well at least you looked like you could rip a head from it's body and feed it to a lion." He asked his voice completely laced with caution. Obviously he doesn't want his head ripped off.
"Oh I was on my way to get that asshole to actually work, he's meant to be on duty." I roll my eyes flopping my hand flimsily in the direction of Sebastian. "Seems he's a little preoccupied at the moment." A shrug from my shoulders implies that I couldn't care less but I secretly wanted to rip the two apart and make Sebastian work.
"Oh, is he your boyfriend?" Danny asks his eyes holding an emotion that looked a lot like hope.
"Nah, he wishes he could get this." Danny laughs as I spin around on the spot impersonating a model.
"I bet he does." He mumbles so quietly that I barely hear it.
"Pardon?" The word escaped my mouth before I could stop it. He looks at me slightly startled but soon enough a smile takes over his features.
"Nothing, don't worry." Danny brushes my question and what he just said off completely and looks at me for a second.
"I should really go and grab that asshole by the ear and drag him back to him Mummy and tell her what a bad boy he's been." I jest peering around Danny's broad shoulder to see Sebastian had now moved onto another girl who looks just as hooked as the last.
"Alright, but before you go can I get your number? I mean-"
"Of course, phone?" I beam at him holding my hand out for his mobile.
He bends down and straightens back out before handing me the phone. I type my name and number in quickly before handing it back.
"Thanks, catch you later?" He queries.
"Even better, I'll text you later." I wink getting up onto my tip toes placing a kiss on his cheek. I felt the heat of his cheek against my lips and I almost dropped on the the floor and screamed 'awe!' At the top of my lungs but I didn't. I held it it, I will do that when I get home.
"See ya Danny!" I wave after him cheerfully as he leave the pool area, phone in hand. I regain myself as soon as he exits. Rushing over to the sun lounger Sebastian is now perched on.
"Sebastian!" I yelp stopping slap bang in front of the couple. Sebastian's eyes snapped up to me and soon after his head follows.
"Hey Dollface." He smirks getting to his feet. I put my hand out signalling for him to stop whatever he was about to do. I look down at the girl who's glaring at me for interrupting their near make out session.
"I'm so sorry about him." I smile bashfully before grabbing onto Sebastian's forearm yanking him towards the beach hut. I already knew Gracie is probably in there scrambling to make herself presentable any girl would. Accept me, I don't fall for 'bad boy players' guys like Danny are way more my type. Yeah yeah I sound like every girl in some stupid teen love book, trust me I've read a lot. Hopefully I won't end up stuck with that asshole because I have a feeling he won't change for anyone.
I stop at the entrance and step behind Sebastian placing my hands firmly on his back before shoving him through the door, he obliges happily and then slouches down onto the sofa I was sat on a mere 15 minutes ago. I roll my eyes at his laziness as I turn to Gracie who's stood by the coffee counter pretending she didn't realise us entering.
Key word is pretending.
