Ever wonder who imaginary friends are? My theory is ghosts! See, ghosts used to be people and well...not all people are good. I turned this one into a poem so enjoy~

You probably don't remember me

But I remember you

We met when you needed me

And I needed you too.

We always laughed and played

And "they" would always stare

Your sister would call you names

And insist I was not there.

You would look at me and smile

Said you really did not care

That we would always play a while

Be together when we were scared

The years went by, you aged

As your family brainwashed you

By this I was enraged

And did what I never thought I'd do

I knew that it was wrong

And I did it anyways

I killed your family one by one

And I watched you go insane

I slit your mothers throat

And watched the blood pour put

I suffocated your sister your sister with her coat

So she wouldn't make a sound.

I drowned your father in a lake

If you're wondering, yes, he suffered.

I took enjoyment watching his face

As his body went on under.

You knew it was me

And you tried to turn me in.

But no one would believe

Because if they did, well, then they'd be dead

They tried to find the culprit

But they found you instead.

Locked you up in padded walls saying

You're the reason your family's dead.

They convinced you that it was you

Now you only see me in your dreams.

I will always be with you

Even if you do not remember me.

I watch you when you sleep

and I pet your precious head

Now you'll never leave me

For as long as I am Dead.
