Summer Long Gone

An eerie silence where the wind whispers

A night so cold even the snow whimpers

On how dreadful this night has come to be

For this night was everything but lonely

Frosted trees danced in the night

As the candles shined a bright new light

Even the trees leaves fell with such grace

The sleeping birds together embraced

For the awaking of a cold monster

A happy way seems a litle longer

For spring is far out of reach

And summer is long gone
