Unrequited
I thought we didn't know each other,
But we are friends.
I thought you will not send me messages,
But you did.
I thought you only knew a thing about me,
But you knew a lot.
I thought you will not talk to me,
But you talked much.
I thought sweet messages, chocolates and flowers has meaning,
But it doesn't have.
I thought you will not ask me out,
But you did, not just once.
I thought we understood each other,
But we didn't.
I thought you'll defend me,
But you abandoned me.
I thought it's just an infatuation,
But it's already falling...
I thought if I fall, you'll catch me,
But it's the opposite, it's a nightmare.
