Kevin's pov •••
"Get some clothes to wear for a few days because I refuse to let you spend another night here" I'm not letting her spend another night at this filthy place. She's staying with me.
"Ok Stacey?" She slowly nodded her head yes.
"We'll get the rest of your things later" I confirmed. We got some of her clothes and went to my car. Stacey didn't say one word the whole time I drove to my place. I felt my eyes getting heavy as I hurried home. We finally made it to my place. I had grabbed Stacey's bag of clothes and her purse.
"Hey come here" I embraced her in a tight hug.
"Everything is going to be alright" I assured her. She still didn't bother to say anything. That's alright Kevin, she is going through a lot right now. We went inside my house and up the stairs. I'll just shower in the morning. I was too tiered to do anything, even to go down stairs to lay on the couch. I just took my top off and changed into some basketball shorts. I plopped myself in my bed along with Stacey. I assumed she would want the comfort anyway so I pulled her closer to me and eventually we both fell asleep.

Next day...
Kevin's pov•••
"Hey Kevin" Chad greeted me as I came inside the restaurant.
"Everything good bro?"
"Y-" Stacey walked past us and into the employee lounge.
"Yeah I'm alright" I sighed. I looked at Chad showing him that I would explain later. Stacey's shift wasn't going to start until nine so I assumed she was going to just relax in the lounge while I worked since my shift is earlier than hers.
Stacey's pov•••
I went inside the lounge to rest a little bit until it was time for my sift to start. I'm truly grateful that Kevin let me stay at his house even though he's probably still angry at me. I wasn't physically tired it was all mostly emotionally.
"Hi" I heard the door creak open. It was one of the girl coworkers. I shifted myself up in an awkward way staring at her.
"Um hi" I said in a shy tone. She seemed in a good bubbly mood.
"I seen and heard about you. My name is Emily " she greeted sitting beside me.
"Oh?" I said lowly.
"Good things" she quickly said to assure me. I gave her a toothless grin.

"So if she isn't dealing with him no more then your ass doesn't have any reason to be acting all funny towards her." He does have a point,But it's not that easy. Me and George were walking around taking orders.
"Yeah but if he knows that we're still in contact with each other he'll probably do something " I responded.
"But that's it he clearly doesn't know where you guys are so what's the big deal?" He said in excitement. I just rolled my eyes.
