Alice woke up in a bright white room on a table with wires attached to her. She got up and screamed and began ripping the wires off her body and head. She slowly got off the table. She walked around the building, it looked deserted.

She looked into rooms that were beside hers. In the last room down the hall, she saw six motionless figures lying on the ground.

She went over to them and checked their pulses to see if they were alive.

One of them grabbed her hand.

"Get your hands off me!" the woman said.

"Hey, I'm not gonna hurt you," she told her.

The woman let go of Alice's hand and sat up. Slowly the others got up too.

"What happened?" a guy asked.

"I don't know," Alice said.

"Who are you?" Another woman asked.

"Honestly, I don't know. I woke up in a room, so far there's no one here."

They looked at Alice and got up.

"Anyways, what are your names?"

The woman who grabbed her hand spoke first. She was light skinned with her black hair in a ponytail. "Lexi."

The other woman, tanned skin with blonde hair told hers.
"Jessie."

The three guys stood up.

One was dark complexioned, brown eyes and textured quiff hair.

"The name's Max."

Another with light brown skin, short sides with medium length hair and blue eyes said, "I'm Dean."

The last one, with brown eyes, slicked back hair told his, "John."

"Okay, we need to find a way out of here," Alice told them.
"Dean see if you can find a computer and check the building's blueprints. See if there's a way out."

Dean left the room.

"So did you guys work here or something?" Alice asked.

"We were agents of the GeniCorps division," Lexi said.

"We don't even know who you are, how can we-" Jessie was cut off when Dean came back.

"Did you check the computers?" Max asked him.

"No I went to look for donuts. Of course I did.  So far I'm not seeing any possible exit points."

"There has to be a way out," Lexi said.

Alice looked around.

Then they heard groaning.

"What was that?" Jessie asked worried.

"I don't know," John said.
