"Thanks Michelle! See you!" The bouncy girl said, getting up and leaving the minivan, which drove away bringing her friends goodbyes with it.
She walked to the front door of her small brick house, of corse being in suck a large city it was connected to other carbon copy houses going down the street. Checking her phone as she unlocked the door it read 6:12 pm, just in time for dinner.
"You're home, dear, finally. I made dinner tonight, one of your favorites!" Her grandmother called from the kitchen.
"Ok Grams!"

It was a normal night, a great dinner and her grandma falling asleep to soap operas and drama television in the other room. Her grandmother was also half deaf, so her 'escape' every night wasn't hard to do.
With the soap operas blasting the the other room the young girl slide on a sweat shirt and opened her window. Crickets chirped outside as other bugs communicated through buzzes and clicks. It wasn't hard for her to sneak out,
so she did it.

After silently feeling her feet fall onto the moist soil below her she found her was to the front of the house and began to walk. The damp smell of fall night and a chill feeling made its was through her sweater. She loved it though, so it didn't annoy her. Her sneakers thudded against the concrete as a gust of wind blew the strings of her sweater behind her, the trees rustling. She closed her eyes and inhaled. Life was beautiful to her. It was only 10 pm so she would her home around 11 or 11:30 and get her nights rest.

But walking wasn't why she snuck out. No, walking was only part of it.
Making her way to the local park, the girl hummed almost silently.
Once she got there she let go, standing in the middle of a grassy open area. The area was bare of any sort of plant life, other then grass and weed. The girl however, wasn't keen on keeping it that way.
She stuck her hands to her sides, strait out as if she was about it give someone a hug. Her hands cupped, and her fingers spread. She closed her eyes and focused on everything and nothing.

At first it was slow, little green stems parted the soil to be seen. They were spread out and tiny. There little leaves and delicate stems swaying in the breeze.
Then it picked up, the stems turned into buds and appeared more frequently. All around her were the tiny, budded, stems.
Then it happened. It was a beautiful sight, sight to make any child laugh and adult smile. The green straw like plants blossomed into wonderful while daisy's. There white petals slowly unfolding. The once bare field was now a stunning field of pure white flowers.

She opened her eyes and let her arms fall, she felt great after letting out a day of pent up power. Looking around she let a small smile grace her lips. She had to say, this was beautiful. The way the breeze gently rocked the flowers made it seem like each one was dancing slowly. She couldn't wait until morning when she would pass it on her commute to school, and witness all the happiness people had when sitting in it, or plucking one for there loved one.
She girl was very happy now and practically skipped home, little vine flowers crawling up telephone poles and street lamps. And more stray colored flower blooming in a yard or crack in the cement.

She, yet again crawled into her bedroom window and let it slide shut. She sighed and took the stuffy sweater off, tossing it into the corner. It didn't take her long to switch into her pajamas and climb into bed, ready to sleep.

But there was a feeling she had in the very pit of her stomach.
Something wasn't going to go right.
Something big.
