Chapter 8

After explaining to Shownu oppa what was going on yesterday, I told them to continue their practice I decided on going shopping getting some stuff for the dorm and some new clothes which are more fitting and comfortable

since today we had the picnic and it was hot out and now that they knew I was pregnant I could dress more appropriate I guess you could say, so I chose to wear a long light yellow knee length flowy dress and white ballet pumps

I did a loose fishtail braid with my hair and did some light makeup I walked out of my room when I was done getting dressed with my backpack and shoes in hand I placed it at the front door and headed to the kitchen, I walked over to the fridge and took out some milk and then walked to the pantry and took out some cereal

I placed it on the counter and took out a bowl I threw some cereal in a bowl and added milk and started to eat, I didn't want to wake the boys yet since they got home really late, so I decided to start cooking food for them first and when it is done to go wake them

But Kihyun had another idea's it seemed as I was getting all the ingredients to start cooking I heard someone speak behind me "Good morning" I turned around and saw him standing there already dressed and ready to go

"Good morning oppa," I said

"Are you going to cook?"

"ne I was just getting ready to start"

"Well we wouldn't want your pretty dress to get dirty so come here and put an apron on"

I turned to him he was holding two aprons in his hand I smiled and walked over to him I wanted to take one but he pulled away he placed it on me and tied the top part then walked around me and tied the back, my heart was actually beating really fast, I'm pretty sure it would've jumped out if he didn't move away

"So I will be helping you cook also, you look really pretty in that dress it fits you well also you can see your baby bump it's really cute" I felt the heat rush to my face, yeah he just made me blush which is weird

we started cooking and when we were done I took off my apron and went to wake the others up and went back to the dining room I wasn't going to eat with them since I already ate but I didn't want to seem rude

When we finished eating everyone went to get ready we had to go earlier because I want to help set up and find good spots for the photo's

When everyone was ready to go we headed to the van with their manager and headed over to the Han river where the picnic will be held, by the time we arrived most of the artists invited was already there helping the staff set up

I made my way over to the CEO since I had to find out what sort of photo's he wanted and so on, I guess as I was walking many were confused since I got many questioning looks as well as confused ones, I waved at the CEO when he spotted me

"Hello, Sir how are you today?" I asked him with a bright smile

"I'm doing well and you? I guess by what you are wearing they found out?"

"I'm well and yes they found out Kihyun oppa asked me to send him the Sonar photo, but I sent it to Shownu oppa by accident"

"Ah I see well at least they won't be surprised now, right? and they will take good care of you"

"ne they will, I also made my decision as to keep my baby or put her up for adoption"

"really? and what did you decide on? also her? so you are having a little girl?"

"yes I am expecting a little girl, I will be keeping her I think I would regret giving her up for adoption so I decided on keeping her even if it meant raising her alone"

"you are really brave Sunny"

"thank you, Sir, oh the reason I came over for the photo's I came to get the camera also do you have anything in particular in mind? or can I take any type of photos"

"I want a photo of all the artists together if there is too many to get into one photo you can do it in groups, and the rest you can do just like you want," he said with a smile while handing me the camera a staff member brought over

"alright then I will get started then," I said with a big smile and took my leave

my first target was to capture any sort of interaction between the artists, I spotted Hyolyn, Damson and Soyou talking to Seungwoo and Monsta x so I made my way over to them and took a picture without them knowing, I then asked them to stand closer and took another picture, before I could move on Soyou eonnie stopped me

"Sunny-ah you didn't tell us you were pregnant," she said with a frown

I chuckled saying "it was a secret the boys only found out yesterday, well aside from Kihyun oppa and I.M, that is why I wore this today so now you know I am pregnant, currently four months"

"omo so do you know the gender yet?"

"ne, it's a little girl"

"Ahh congratulations" they all sang I thanked them looking for my next group

the same conversation continued no one could believe I was actually four months pregnant they were all happy to hear it, finally, the time came for the final photo which was a group photo with everyone and I somehow got it right to get everyone in the shot

but before I could give the camera back to staff the CEO said that we missed someone important which I couldn't understand I got a photo of everyone who did I miss

"Sunny you weren't in the photo's with everyone, we are missing you," he said with a big smile

"eh? ani I am not important they are, the fans would want to see them not me" I said to him

"Ani you are part of the family aren't you, I mean you took our photo's even if you got tired of walking around looking for everyone"

"Ne noona come on we all want photo's with you" Seungwoo shouted

I laughed and gave in "fine but one problem, I have a baby bump, Monbebe doesn't know I am pregnant what if they think that the baby is someone here's baby? I don't want to cause trouble for any of you"

The CEO walked over to me and said "don't worry we will handle it go take pictures with them" he gave me a reassuring smile

I smiled and thanked him we took photo's with one another the last group photo I took was all Monsta X members, but before we could split up again Kihyun told the staff taking the photo's "why don't we get a picture of Soon-to-be uncle Shownu and Soon-to-be-eomma Sunny?" the staff agreed

so everyone was thinking of a pose we should do so, in the end, we got the little blackboard that was there and the staff wrote on it like Kihyun said Soon to be uncle and soon to be eomma Shownu oppa stood with the board in his hands and I stood next to him and we took the photo

When all the photos were taken, it was already late and we had a day full of fun, and most everyone has left to go home me and Monsta x was still at the Han River, since my feet were starting to hurt from all the standing I went and sat on a bench looking at all the families walking around

I started thinking back to a few years ago when my appa was at home and the times I had with him and eomma, I was so deep in thought that I didn't realize Shownu oppa sitting next to me or that I was crying

"Sunny are you okay?" he asked me voice full of worry

I looked at him and nodded while whipping my tears "ne oppa I am fine, I just really miss my appa, seeing all the happy families, I realized how much I miss him, I want to see him again"

"ah ne your appa is in the Army right? you haven't seen him in a long time, do you know when he is getting out again?"

"ne he will be out in a month but I don't know if I would be home by the time he gets out"

"don't worry I am sure you will see him," he said and hugged me I returned the hug

My father has been in the army many times but he promised me that this would be his last time he would be going because he knew I missed him a lot when he was so far away, but now he is coming home and I am still far away
