Time That's Passed

Chapter. 7

Matt's POV

I walked into the living room, trying to see what everybody was talking about.

"You guys want dinner?"
I said, propping my arms up in the couch, everybody just gave me a look.

"Alright seems tense in here I'll just order pizza!"
I said walking away quickly, the amount of tension in the room unbearable.

All I could think about was, 'do they know that I kissed Olivia?? Or more so Olivia kissed me?'

I panicked just thinking about it, but Olivia wouldn't do that would she? Cause she'd just make things bad for herself.

I called the pizza place and ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, maybe that would calm everybody's nerves.

Just a second later Emily came into the kitchen.
"Hey Em! What's going on out there?"
I asked, trying to find out what happened.

"Oh yeah....."
She said dragging out the 'h'
"Olivia passed out...."

She said rubbing the back of her neck.
"What?! Why?!"
I said panicking even more.

"She said it happens when she's stressed and I'd think it's from the whole Madison thing..."
She said opening the fridge.

I knew exactly why she was stressed, and hats because she kissed me.

"Yeah probably..."
I said walking towards the kitchen door.
"Wait Matt?"
She said turning towards me.

"Yeah?..."
She walked closer.
"Please tell me that if she chooses you you'll take care of her?"

I couldn't believe what I had just heard, did Emily see us?!
"What?..."
She walked closer.

"Please she's my best friend, and trust me I won't tell anyone..."
I looked down at the floor.
"Of course I will....."

And with that we both exited the kitchen.

Olivia's POV

Matt and Emily both came out of the kitchen, I couldn't help but feel like this was gonna effect our whole vacation....

"Guys?..."
I said, gaining everyone's attention.
"Yeah?"
"Will you promise me that tomorrow we will forget everything that happened tonight?..."

I said cocking my eyebrow, very seriously.
"Yeah that's fine"
Everyone said, sorta faking it.

"You better or so help me I will make sure you regret it!"
I said, bursting into laughter.

Everyone else started laughing as well, good I broke the tension.....now to think about other things......

I said thinking about Matt, Johnson and him were sitting right next to each other, and it killed.....

I had spent an entire summer with Matt and it was the most incredible time ever, he made me feel like the only girl in the world......

But Johnson was there since day one, and I loved him more than anything, he treated me like a queen, he would truly do anything for me.......

I was so confused and wanted an answer.....but I just couldn't find it.......

One things for sure.....I can never tell anyone what happened between Matt and I, it would ruin everything.......

Did I just make things worse?
Or was it truly time passing and messing with me?...............
