Time That's Passed

Chapter. 9

I walked over to Johnson and wrapped my arms around his neck, I leaned closer to his ear.

"I think Hayes likes Tia"
I said, starting to giggle when I said it, Johnson smiled.
"Yeah everyone thinks that"

We both started laughing hysterically, Hayes and Tia walked over to us.
"What's so funny?"
Hayes said.
"Oh nothing......"

I said, walking towards the others. Ella and Emily walked up to me.
"Come on I didn't come to the beach to not swim!"
Emily said pulling my arm.

"Last one in has to clean the bathrooms!"
Ella shouted running towards the water, everyone quickly turned and took off towards the water too.

Trust me with that many boys and only a few bathrooms.......no one wanted to clean them, the last one in was Hayes.

"Fuck!"
He yelled jumping in, Tia giggled at him.
"It's okay Hayes, I can help out if you want!"
She said giving a goofy grin.

He smiled.
"Thanks T!"
I couldn't really tell from where I was standing, but it looked like Tia blushed.

"Where's Johnson?"
I asked looking around, Emily and Ella shrugged.
"Who knows"

Right when I was a bout to shake it off, I felt a pair of arms wrap tightly around my waist from under the water, I screamed.

"Got you!"
Johnson yelled as he lifted me out of the water.
"Johnson you better put me down!"
I said, half laughing.

"Whatever you say..."
He said, smirking.
"Johnson don't you da-"
Before I could finish what I was saying Johnson threw me off his shoulders.

"Now your gonna get it!"
I chased him around the water, everyone laughing and joining in.

Time Skip

I was sitting in the beach, just enjoying the sunset when Hayes cane over and sat next to me, the nervousness was clear in his body language.

"Something wrong Hayes?"
I asked, looking in his direction.
"Can you tell?"
He asked, raising an eyebrow.

I just laughed.
"Yeah, I guarantee even the fish could tell"
He nervously giggled.
"Oh yeah...."

I fully turned to him, placing my hand on his knee that was resting on the ground.
"Hayes you can tell me anything"

He smiled, and gave me a quick hug.
"Thanks Liv, your a really good friend"
I just smiled.
"So, what's up?"

He looked over in the direction of everyone else, and then back at me.
"I really like Tia, but I don't know how to tell her....it's kinda stupid I know....."

"Hayes that's not stupid at all! Do you want my help or advice?"
I asked, cocking an eyebrow.

"Both?"
He asked, shrugging up his shoulders.
"Okay, first my advice, show her you care by doing small things, like helping her with stuff or being with her a lot, and never make her feel uncomfortable"

Hayes nodded.
"And for my help......"
I stuck one finger up signaling one second, and stood up.

"Girls sleepover in my room tonight!!"
I yelled, cupping my hands around my mouth, Hayes shot me a side smile, and I returned it.

Johnson walked over shortly after.
"You guys ready to go?"
He asked Hayes and I, I nodded, Hayes as well.
"Alright grab your stuff"

Hayes gathered his things.
"Thanks again Olivia"
I smiled.
"No problem Hayes"

Before I could get my things, Johnson walked over and grabbed them.
"Johnson you don't have to do that"
I said, smiling.

"Yeah but I'd do anything for you, even pick up your stuff"
I blushed now, Johnson always knew how to do that.

"Thanks Johnson....I love you....."
He smiled back at me.
"I love you too...."

Time Skip

We had been back at the house for a little while now and I was getting ready for the 'all girls' sleepover party.

I was in the shower, rubbing all the sand and salt water out of my hair.
"Babe! You in here?"
I heard Johnson yell into my room.

It startled me so I dropped my conditioner bottle on my toe.
"Shit!"
I yelled, I heard Johnson run towards the bathroom door, which wasn't locked......

"Olivia! Are you okay?!"
I scrambled to put everything back.
"Yeah yeah I'm fine! Just dropped something!"
I huffed out.

"Can I come in?....."
He asked, somewhat quiet.
"N-no! I'm naked!"

I heard him sigh.
"I'll close my eyes....."
There never was winning with him, so I just let him win....again.....

"Fine! But keep your eyes shut"
The door opened soon after, I hurried to finish washing up.
"During your girls sleepover tonight, do you mind if I crash it later?"

I smirked to myself.
"Right after everyone falls asleep.."
I could faintly see a smirk appear on his face.
"Okay....."

I quickly reached for my towel, stepping out of the shower I saw Johnson smiling.
"What?!"
I said, trying to contain my laughter.

"Oh nothing....you just look really hot in a towel..."
He gave me a side smirk, and left the bathroom.

I started blushing and did a little dance, thinking about how happy I felt.

Time Skip

Once I had gotten dressed into some Calvin Klein sweats and a baggy crop sweater to match, I ran downstairs.

"Hey Ella!"
She stopped and I ran to catch up with her.
"Hey Olivia! What's up?"

"Where's the other girls?"
She waved her hand to follow and we went out into the backyard.

"Emily! Tia! Come here!"
I yelled from the door, most of the guys were out there, but they were busy playing football.

"What's up Olivia?"
Emily said, run in over with Tia.
"You guys wanna help me make some cookies and stuff for our girls sleepover?"

Emily's eyes flowed like a little kid eating too much sugar.
"Yes!!!!!"
She took off toward the kitchen, the rest of us just had good laugh, then joined her.

Time Skip

We had made over a few dozen of cookies and brownies, the house smelt of chocolate and happiness.

"Do you guys smell that?!"
I heard one of the boys yell. We all exchanged worried looks and ran upstairs to hide the treats.

We heard the door open and a dozen footsteps running towards the kitchen.
"What is that amazing smell?!"
Cam yelled, I just laughed.

"What are you guys doing?!"
I yelled from the top of the stairs. They all turned towards me.

"Did you make cookies?!"
Johnson said, inching closer to the stairs.
"No just one of the candles we lit!"

They all looked disappointed and sat on the couches. I just laughed because they totally fell for my lie.

All I could think about though was when I was going to meet up with Johnson later......
