I heard his voice again. I turned around, walked towards him without any hesitation.
"I know Mathew you do have a lot of questions in your mind, firstly what you saw was not an illusion, I'm a real vampire struggling to live in this world and I can assure you that you won't get hurt, Mathew I know it's surprising and hard to believe such things exists but-" I was unable to continue. So I simply took out that potion from my bag, which Kim Soo gave me.
"Mathew please drink this and completely forget about me, trust me it works"
I was trying hard to control my tears. He took the potion from my hand and smirked.
"you think I'll simply drink this and completely forget about you?, you seriously think I'm an easy person don't you?" he looked at me.
I was confused.
"even though you are pessimistic and little clumsy" he continued talking
"I don't care if you are a vampire and whatever thing you posses"
He walked towards me.
"sometimes we don't need our brain to love someone, we just need to use our heart"
He threw away the position and brushed his lips against mine.
At that moment I realized I love him,yet so much.
I kissed him back. And it was a sweet kiss. My first kiss ever.
I wanted it to last long but shortly we were out of breath.
He pressed his forehead against mine and smiled in the cutest way which melt my heart.
I broke the eye contact.
"you are seriously not scared of me?" I asked.
"why would I be?" he asked trying to find my eyes.
"not reporting me to VEO?" I asked again.
"Never mention about that organization again" he said seriously.
"And don't ever worry about it.......... Ah it's already dawn, I'll give a ride" he said shyly.
I simply nodded.
The car ride was weird. Silence was filled in the air. I guess we were both too shy to talk.
In a short time we reached home.
"um thanks for the ride, bye now" I got out of the car.
"I love you" he mumbled. I pretended that I didn't hear it.
I quickly got inside my house, ran to my room and slammed myself on bed.
Why am I so happy?
